Villa Giulia, in the heart of nature between Aix and Luberon

Looking for calm, nature and great comfort with family or friends in the heart of wine-growing Provence? Lazing on the large shaded terrace or by a large azure blue swimming pool, petanque in the middle of oaks and cicadas, shared moments of gastronomy... Like us in 2019, fall for this corner of paradise very close to the charming village of Rognes, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and at the gateway to the Luberon.


This Villa, completely renovated in 2020, is located in the heart of a 1 hectare park planted with holm oaks and olive trees. The large 12 mx6 swimming pool with access beach, is surrounded by a large lawn. Large south-facing terrace but shaded and equipped: gas barbecue, garden furniture, summer dining room. Relaxation assured in a comfortable house, fully air-conditioned (in silence!), with contemporary decoration and tastefully furnished.
On the first floor:
A friendly and comfortable living space: a large entrance and a vestibule,
A dining area adjoining the large, well-equipped kitchen with Provençal tones, a large living room with magnificent volumes and a large bay window overlooking the terrace, the swimming pool and the park.
A differentiated sleeping area:
Three bedrooms on the first floor: one with mezzanine and en-suite shower room, another with en-suite terrace and dressing room and a third double bedroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden and pool area and large beds (new bedding).
A large bathroom (bathtub and Italian shower) and toilets complete the first floor space.

Upstairs, the master suite: cosy atmosphere, parquet floor, 180 cm bed, toilet and private bathroom (walk-in shower), large dressing room, office space, private terrace with panoramic view of the property.

The outdoor area has other surprises in store:
- The large shaded terrace of more than 50 square meters. offers a dining area with large table and gas barbecue as well as an outdoor sofa, with a view of the pool.
- a landscaped, wooded and lit petanque court for the endless night games, with a ping pong table and an extra table for spectators...
- a football area with two goals
- The "Petit Paradis": a landscaped, shaded and illuminated space in the middle of the garden. A. Cosy sofa for a moment of relaxation in the middle of the oaks. Not far from there, a hammock...
-In addition to the terrace, a breakfast/aperitif area under the largest oak tree on the property
- 3 bicycles (one adult, two children) available free of charge on request

You will appreciate the absolute calm, the freshness of the trees, the song of birds and cicadas in a green setting. House not overlooked but not insulated.
To your left: the charming village of Rognes with all amenities and a highly recommendable bakery (3 minutes by car, 10 by bike on a peaceful road and lined with umbrella pines and vineyards), 30 minutes walk along a footpath.
On your right: the vineyards of the Coteaux d'Aix and in the background the hills of the Trevaresse. Pretty walks are available to you by walking, running or cycling.

Our villa is very accessible: the Aix TGV train station is 25 minutes away, the Marseille/Marignane airport is 35 minutes away.

The deposit of 1400 is managed by Vrbo (credit card imprint). You don't have to do anything. Mandatory cleaning service at the end of your stay, 120 euros, integrated into the price. Cleaning service possible during your stay.
