Very good location, in the heart of the resort, easy and fast access to shops, restaurants, cables

Very good location, in the heart of the resort, easy and fast access to everywhere. Nice layout, view from window, with fully equiped facilities in the apartment. Strongly recommendation to family or small group travellers.

Small apartment but with everything you need for our family

We were a family of couple and three children's, the apartment is close to everything you need like supermarket restaurants bus stations, the service of Chamonix all year is very good, the apartments is a bit small but you have all you need including well kitchen

Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great, and the property was very clean and well stocked with all necessities to make for a wonderful stay. Our only issue was responded to, and resolved, very quickly! Thank you for helping us have a memorable few days in Chaminoix! We definitely hope to return!

Perfect location

Lovely loft style condo in town center with unparalleled views. Very clean and comfortable after a big day of hiking and exploring. Note to management company…Hallway lighting isn’t the best and lockbox was a bit difficult to manage due to lighting and location on the doorframe. Might need to be replaced.

Great location!

This property was the perfect stay for my adult family! The location was very close to the town, great restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to the bus stop for snowboarding and skiing. The apartment was clean and quiet. The windows looking out to the mountain were spectacular. The only downside is that the elevator was not working the entire time, and the apartment was on the third floor as well as the ski lockers did not lock properly so we were unable to use them. Highly recommend the property!

Great summer stay

We made a very last minute booking for a week in the summer in the Alps and from the beginning were impressed with the service from Chamonix All Year. We were able to make the booking and payment almost immediately and received all the information could possibly need prior to our arrival. The apartment itself is excellent and ideal for a family - we were travelling with 2 kids. Apartment is clearly well loved by both the owners and the operators of the apartment and fully equipped with everything you possibly need for your stay. Its very much someone's home as much as an investment property. There is full sized kitchen downstairs and upstairs a good sized living area with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment is located slap bang in the centre of town, but isn't noisy and offers stunning panoramas of Mont Blanc all day. If we return to Chamonix again, this would definitely be an apartment we would be looking to return to.

Convenient location but a bit noisy at night for a family visit

We stayed for 12 nights in July/Aug. The location is handy for the centre and the shops but on occasion we were woken from noisy people on the streets outside. It was also hot at night but if we had the bedroom window open then the room filled with smoke from people sitting outside smoking below and the airflow brought it into the apartment. One night we could smell marijuana. We didn't feel the apartment was really suited to families. This isn't the fault of the owners and the property was clean and otherwise comfortable.

Unfortunately as you mention we did have to charge you for some damages to the apartment which were caused during your stay; we always try to avoid this where possible but there were some significant costs involved to repair the damage in this instance which we could not fairly pass on to the owner; we hope you appreciate our position. We hope this didn't spoilt your experience with us.

Skitrip to Chamonix

Was looking for a place to stay in the center of Chamonix, and this apartment was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Also nice with the parking in the basement since we had a car. Would definitely rent it again.

Skiing holiday 4 men

Quiet Place, near to shops an lifts. Very short way to every thing i Chamonix. Grocery store just outside, bar just outside, Bus just 300 m away. Nice appartment.

Great apartment for a fantastic vacation

Great apartment near the center of town. Small, but very cozy. We enjoyed having a kitchen to be able to cook at home. Chamonix All Year staff were amazing and so helpful!
