Book your Ultimate Vacation now! 4 Story, 7 Bedroom house, ideally located for a fantastic getaway with family and friends, for a birthday party, or a great place to relax to hang out with friends. This is the house for you! Situated in a perfect location within short driving distance (only a few minutes by Uber or Jitney) to all the casinos as well as numerous restaurants, and only a 30 second walk to the beach, there really is no better way to just have a fun time.

With a 7 Bedroom house that can sleep up to 20 (!), there is room for everyone on your invite list!

Spend the day on the beach without setting foot in your car (towels and beach chairs supplied of course!) or use the provided bikes to have a relaxing bike ride on the boardwalk, or just hang out and tan on any of the 3 decks while enjoying a BBQ (grill provided!), you'll have everything you need to have a memorable vacation.

Without having to even cross the street to reach the beach, and all the places to enjoy water sports or simply rent a bike, this unique destination is ideal for children as well as adults!

Bad weather one day? With a 70" screen on each floor, you can hang out and watch any of the 200+ channels and never get bored!

Also, With a separate bathroom on each floor this home lends itself not only for parties with friends but also a great option for families as well.

You can walk on the beach, restaurants, shops and boardwalk during day or night with family and friends and feel safe.

Our house is the fourth house from the Ocean on a quiet block, making it a perfect setting for any sort of vacation. There are two main floor decks: One is a covered deck in front of the house, one in back off the kitchen, with a patio set to enjoy a BBQ with the state of the art grill. There is an awesome sunny 2nd floor deck with lots of places to sit around, sunbathe, and chill with family & friends. The ground floor outdoor patio is fenced in.

The spacious living room/dining room has beautiful hardwood flooring, and the tiled kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With a 12ft dining room table and 14 chairs (along with extra in the closet) combined with the large seating booth in the kitchen and lots of seating on the porch, you will definitely have plenty of room for the whole crew!

There are 2 bedrooms on first floor, 3 on third floor, 2 on fourth floor. including the master suite with its own private bathroom a separate stand up shower and a jetted tub

1st: one bedroom has 2 Full size beds, the other room has a Full size bed along with a Twin and a pullout trundle. Full bathroom on this floor.

2nd: D/R with 14 chairs, Large couches, large kitchen with fun eating booth , seats 10. Back porch off kitchen with table chairs, grill.

3rd: 2 bedrooms have large Queen beds, and the third room has a bunk bed along with a Twin bed and a pullout trundle. Full bathroom on this floor. Cool 2nd Floor porch with lots of seating and Chaise lounge chairs.

4th: one room has 2 Full beds, and a Twin bed with pullout trundle. This room has its own bathroom and shower. The other room has 2 Twin beds along with a Queen bed. There is a second full bathroom on this floor as well.

There is Central AC and Heat throughout the house, the modern kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils for all your cooking needs. Coffee machine as well

Washer/dryer are at your disposal.

Bedsheets, linens, and towels all provided. We provide several beach towels as well, along with 6 Bicycles to enjoy.

While there is a state of the art grill, we do not guarantee there will be propane.

Bottom Line: we have everything you could ask for in a vacation getaway, So come on in and have some fun!

Tremendous experience. Great to be able to gather all of the children and grandchildren. Location was just a few steps from the beach. The house was spacious, and the owner was superb with answering questions and ensuring that our stay was pleasant.

We had 4 families stay comfortably. The place was large and clean. Nice location close to the beach. The host was very responsive. Our only complaint was that the listing indicated a pool, which is there is not. However the host is making it right which we appreciate. We would recommend to others and/or stay again.

Great stay in Ventnor City

We had a great time at Martinā€™s place. Perfect weekend spot for my friends and I. The house has tons of space and is in an awesome location! Itā€™s really close to the beach and in a quieter neighborhood, so youā€™re only a part of the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City if you want to be. Martin checked in a lot leading up to the trip and while we were there too. Would definitely go back!

Best host in the business!

The house sits on the beach block, so super easy to get back and forth. And, the Ventnor/AC boardwalk goes right by, so great for biking, walking and strollers. Anything I asked for, Martin made sure it happened. He was wonderful throughout the entire process, and we would most definitely book any home he manages!

Fall Friends Weekend

We needed a no frills house along the Jersey coast that could accommodate 6 couples and 1 single, with a dining area larger enough to seat the group. This house fit the bill with the right bedroom setup and one long dining table that could easily accommodate 15 people at once. The living room area adjacent was a plus with a large screen TV and again plenty of seating. Located a few houses from the boardwalk and beach. Great front porch to hangout. Negative is next door to parking lot and across from apartment building so no views, but for us it was about being together in a large comfortable home and this fit the bill. Martin the house manager was GREAT to deal with.

Wonderful family reunion

My family came in from all over the country for a reunion and we had the best experience. This house is perfect for families - my kids especially liked the bunk beds. The beds were all really comfortable. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to enjoy. You canā€™t beat the location - steps from the beach. Martin was amazing and helped us when we had questions. The outdoor shower is a plus. There were so many sitting areas outside. I canā€™t say enough good things about this house.

Amazing home in AC near the beach!!

We had a fantastic stay at Martins Property. To start, Martin was an amazing host! He was extremely responsive even leading up to our stay. I had spoken to Martin about an early check-in, late check-out, and extra parking passes. He was able to help us with all of these requests. He provided us with clear instructions when we checked in which were very easy to follow. The house was amazing, and my entire friend group loved the house. All 15 people had their own beds which was a huge plus! The house was clean, and right next to the beach which was very convenient. If you are looking for a fun get away, I would highly recommend this property, or others hosted by Martin. We look forward to staying at one of his properties again soon.

Perfect for families, great location and manager Martin was excellent.

This property has an excellent location for all family attractions and just steps from the beach. Big beautiful house ideal for families. Equipped with all home necessities, only had to bring our suitcases. Pots, dishes, beach chairs, towels etc all supplied. As advertised - if not better

Close to the beach - easy walk House is not only large, they layout works perfectly - 4 floors allows noise control and privacy Front deck is big - back deck is private. Place is very very nicely appointed. Parking was easier than I worried about. I was there with a total of 14 - but had plenty of room. Owner (Martin) was accessible without being intrusive. Felt safe in the upscale area, 2 miles on the boardwalk to all the action.

Exceptional retreat experience

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the residence! Our investment fund booked the house for our annual spring retreat for an April weekend. It was a perfect fit for our 15 guests: spacious, bright, sparkle clean and well-equipped. I was positively surprised to see that the actual space is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the bedrooms in particular are equipped with wide, elegant queen beds that made this a calm and restful weekend. We particularly owe this great experience to Martin, the property manager. Martin is a star and was available 24/7 to answer queries and make accommodations, even staying up late until the morning hours (!) the night before our checkin to make sure that all of our guests had everything we needed. The checkin process itself was seamless and always with a warm personal touch. Truly customer service on the next level ā€” surpasses any other experience I have had on this platform or other booking sites. We had a wonderful time, thank you for this weekend!

Good big house for a large group

Stayed here with a group of 10 adults and probably could have done more comfortably. Martin was a very communicative host and was very flexible.
