Nature House, Rancho Santa Fe/Carmel Valley

Beautiful 2400 square foot home surrounded by nature. You can see stars at night and hear frogs and crickets from the nearby lakes.

Centrally located. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and private. Fully Stocked Kitchen, laundry, and air conditioning.

Two bedrooms, a den that works as a third bedroom (has a sofabed and one open wall to living room. Wood room divider helps create privacy when being used as a third bedroom). Two full bathrooms. Space for two cars only.

It is on the South side of a 5 acre private property. Guests have access to the front yard of the rental which is quite large as well as two large porches on the front and on the back of the house (the property behind the house is off limits to renters).

The Main House is on the North side of the property with a separate driveway. There is plenty of space between the houses. The feeling although you can see other houses, is like being in the woods.

To the West and West North of the guest house are two other houses - both used for quiet businesses (which require quiet and respectful neighbors).

There is nature and space between all four buildings on the property/compound. The rental House has a separate driveway that the businesses share. The Main House has its own driveway.

The rental house itself is very private inside and has some private outside areas on patios and in the front yard of the House.

There are stairs going up to the front and back door. There is an electric chair in the garage that could be used for someone that is in a wheel chair or is challenged with stairs.

Once in the house, there are two stairs to go into the den (sofa bed) and two stairs to go to the other bedrooms. The area outside is rustic and almost like being in the woods (filled with succulents, Pine, Eucalyptus, and Pepper Trees. Guests will have the whole House with full access to front yard and back porch.

We do not want guests wandering around the back side of the property as that is where the Hosts live. There is plenty of space to sit on the front and back patios to enjoy the quiet and nature.
