If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

This unit is on the 1st floor with a screen porch and deck overlooking the lake. It has a full kitchen and large family room with a TV. The bedroom has 1 king bed with flat screen TV. The bath has dual sinks with granite tops, jet tub and walk-in shower. The family room accesses a sunroom and outdoor deck overlooking the lake. Total indoor space is 950 sqft.

This unit can be combined with a 2nd bedroom (see VRBO #793305) to sleep 6. This 2nd bedroom is on the same floor.
