It's perfect for a family, parents get to stay upstairs, kids downstairs with their own rec room w/Smart TV, OR groups visiting this wonderful city. It's a bright open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, master bed/bath, and powder room on main floor all with hardwood floors. The lower level features a huge family room with wet bar, game table, 2 bedrooms (2 twins/1 Queen) a full bath and murphy bed for a little extra sleeping room when needed. There's a gas burning fireplace on main level and on the lower level. Open eat-in kitchen with premium appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en suite bath with separate shower w body sprays jacuzzi tub. In unit washer/dryer. It also has 2 private outdoor spaces, deck off master, and garden terrace off family room. Secured free parking and plenty of street parking. Location, location, location! It's 2 blocks to the Blue Line/Division stop and only steps to the 56 bus at Milwaukee Ave. Walk to Division St shops, restaurants and bars. 1 mile to popular Fulton Market restaurants , 2 miles to loop, Millenium Park, and Michigan Ave, 3 miles to Wrigley Field.

Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was extremely well equipped and very clean. We loved the Christmas decor! Beds and linens were exception. Furnishings were high quality and comfortable. We would definitely enjoy a return visit.

Everything was wonderful, well laid out, great thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay easy and comfortable. We traveled as a family of 4 visiting the 5 th family member who is local. It was very easy to visit and enjoy family time. The house is well stocked with spices, pots and pans for easy meals, plenty of food storage. Nice touch to have personal items like shampoo, soaps and hand cream . Very cozy with a great gathering space and throw blankets . The host Anne, was very attentive with any communication . The location was very easy near the bus and Blue line. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the most thoughtfully appointed property we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and it had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and we loved our stay there. Neighborhood was wonderful and we canā€™t wait to come back!

We use VRBO several times per year and this home was one of the very best! Lovely home with everything you could possible need for your stay. Exceptionally clean, convenient parking, plenty of space for a family and close to all the sights. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago!

This place was amazing. We go on a annual girl's weekend (group of 5 40's aged women). We have been all over the US and this may have been my favorite place. Anne was great and very responsive. Her home felt like a home, not some sterile box. It was clean and had great amenities. The coffee maker was great. The seating areas were very comfortable. The location as well was great, we walked to most meals. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great Home!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and the location is great. The house had everything we needed and more. Most donā€™t offer a variety of toiletries, nice clean towels and extra sheets and blankets; but this place has so much! It has everything you need in a kitchen and also had many fun games. By far one of the best vacation home rentals we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many)! We absolutely will rent here again.

Perfect location for a friendcation

One word - Amazing! The property was spacious, clean and inviting. Anne was very responsive and you can tell she put a lot of thought into making this place feel less like a rental and more like a home. This VRBO Property was "outstanding!!!" The owner went well beyond providing daily essentials to make my visit just like home. Anne responded promptly to any text or phone call I had concerning my stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The location made the trip downtown very easy. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Chicago.

Highly recommend this beautiful brownstone for your next trip to the city. The owner was accessible and gracious, and the accommodations were ā€œpinch meā€ lovely. Multiple sitting areas provided just the perfect spaces to gather (or get away from) others. Felt safe, warm and comfortable. What more could you ask for?! Donā€™t think twice - book it and donā€™t look back.

Great Location

Anne was very helpful and checked in often via text to make sure we were fine with everything.. The condo is very tastefully appointed comfortable and clean, plenty of towels, coffee and a few things we didn't expect like OJ, eggs muffins and other kitchen essentials. The train is nearby and is great for getting around town. The trip to Wrigley to see the Cubs game was outstanding. The four of us who traveled to Chicago would definitely return to Anne's condo as we all enjoyed the condo and the location.

The Best Baby!

I have probably stayed in 20-25 Airbnb and VRBO homes over the years. Anneā€™s condo was the best Iā€™ve ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished in every detail, amazingly equipped kitchen and quality throughout. The unit was quiet, and the HVAC worked very well. The location in trendy Wicker Park with its endless restaurant and shopping choices was excellent. I cannot recommend this unit more highly.
