Getting Around:
West Town is a very walkable neighborhood. Parking can be a challenge in the city, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft/Taxi for further distances. The "L" train is a 6 minute drive to the Blue line Chicago/Milwaukee stop or 5 minute drive to the Grand Blue Line stop.
You can also rent scooters and e-bikes in the area.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ DOG-FRIENDLY HOME ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy and run around the patio while you enjoy your drinks. Please inquire about breed restrictions, as we have a 25-pound weight limit and a $50/night per pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee. We love our furry friends but know that new spaces can be scary to pups. You are still responsible for picking up after your pet, inside and outside. There will be an additional fee added to the existing pet fee if there are any surprises left behind.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We do not allow parties or events to take place on the property. This is a Chicago rule as well as our own. We have a $1000 fine if found doing so.
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
