This two storey, 140m2, luxury villa offers 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one upstairs and the other downstairs each equipped with hydro massage shower facilities), a 3nd independent bedroom with en suite bathroom, suitable for persons with special needs (disabilities) and a mezzanine level open bedroom, spacious living and dining areas with open beamed wooden ceilings, modern well-equipped kitchen, an additional bathroom, a 58m2 private pool jets, BBQ surrounded by large terraces, garden with children's playground, and balcony. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the east side of Lefkada Island (Lefkas), in close proximity to Nydri (the islands’ main tourist resort).
Immersed in beautiful evergreen olive groves & river plantins, this newly built villa has been constructed to a high standard with modern stylish furnishings and comes complete with the magnificent views of the islands hillsides and only a breath away from the river and waterfalls. A sanctuary for those seeking peace & a completely relaxing romantic or family holiday.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

The best holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Theo was so accommodating and helped with all of our extra requests. It was perfect for the kids too, we will definitely be there again !

We have just had a wonderful two weeks at the Villa - everything was perfect, the pool was amazing and the layout and size of the rooms worked really well for the 7 of us. Theo looked after us so well, making recommendations for places to visit and restaurant choices - even making bookings on our behalf. Very clean and had everything you would need, would highly recommend a visit!

Lefkada best in mid to late September.

Overall, we had a very good stay at the villa. My daughter and two granddaughters stayed four of the days at the villa, whilst my son and I went out to various beaches on the island to each day. Lefkada has become very touristy in the last few years and during July the better beaches are packed. There are so many cars parked everywhere, and some places it’s a job just to find a place to park. Furthermore, most restaurants have very large menus but actually very few Greek dishes. Lefkada is probably quite pleasant in October but many of the places are shut down plus there are no flights from the UK.

Wat hebben we genoten!

We waren voor het eerst op Lefkas en wat hebben we genoten. Van de villa en bovenal het zwembad. De communicatie met zowel de eigenaar, Theo, en Lefkada Holday Rentals is zeer fijn. Van Theo krijg je allerlei tips over restaurants en goede strandjes. Het vlees voor de bbq was heerlijk. Wij hadden geen last van de schapen en geiten om de villa heen. Heel soms kwam een geit om de hoek kijken. Wel af en toe blaffende honden uit de omgeving. Het is 10 minuten rijden naar Nidri en 30 minuten lopen. Het is aan te raden om een auto te huren Het stadje zelf vonden wij wat tegenvallen. Het is geen pittoresk Grieks dorpje. Aanraders: - Bezoek de watervallen op loopafstand. Wij waren er eind juni en de waterval was nog zeer goed te zien. Leuk plekje ook om even wat te drinken. Neem het yoghurt met fruit. - restaurant The Pinewood. Heerlijk eten en fijne bediening. - eilandje Megasini. Eenvoudig te komen via de ferry in Nidri. 7 minuten lopen naar strandje Spartochori beach - Amousso beach, half uurtje rijden. Erg lekkere kalamaris. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Wir kommen wieder

Ein optimales Domizil für Reisende mit Hund , eingezäunter und großer Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut , der Vermieter sehr bemüht . Wir kommen wieder Die Insel hat sehr viel zu bieten und es gibt viele Strände die Hunde erlauben .

+Gute und einfache Kommunikation +sehr gepflegte Außenanlage +Hervorragender Gastgeber +faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis +Gute Ausgangslage für sämtliche Ausflüge rund um die Insel -Viele Hunde rund um das Grundstück, die leider zu allen Tag- und Nachtzeiten lautstark aktiv waren. Der Gastgeber weiß Bescheid und ist bereits mit den Nachbarn in Kontakt.

Amazing family holiday

We visited this Villa for 5 nights during our island hopping tour with our family (8 adults & 1 baby) and it was absolutely amazing. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures and the host Theo was really great. We enjoyed our time in Villa Niriides and we will definitely come back if we visit Lefkada again.

Very nice house

We rent the house for a week and it was a very nice house We stayed there with 10 people, I think it is better for 9 persons ( now one has to sleep on the bank in de livingroom) Nice swimmingpool, nice garden, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a vide with 3 beds The owner arranged a bbq ( very nice) and is a very nice person with good information about the island Lefkada We had a great vacation!!!

Fantastisk dejlig og skønt

Dejlig villa i skønne omgivelser, Ejerne var utrolig hjælpsomme og havde en fantastisk service, Vigtig at have en eller anden form for køretøj, da villaen ligger lidt uden for Nydri by. Vender gerne tilbage.

The first review I write ... I'm sorry that my English is not enough to express my feelings at Villa Niriides ... just words of praise for the way I was received by Theodosis. And the location and facilities of the villa: EXCELLENT!!! A perfect swimming pool, a welcoming courtyard and the superb facilities of the villa. All those things that made us gladly return from the beautiful beaches of Lefkada. An unexpected "pandemic" stay! We will definitely spend our next stay in Lefkada at Villa Niriides. Thank you for everything!

Another wonderful stay at our favourite villa. Theodosis is so welcoming and friendly. The villa and pool were spotlessly clean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
