Our Beautiful Lake St. Clair vacation rental unit is perfect for boating, fishing or hunting vacations.
Lake St. Clair provides over 50% of all fish caught in the Great Lakes Basin. Lake St. Clair is a waterfowl hunter's paradise.
This fully furnished unit is a studio apartment with two twin beds, full sized futon, a fully stocked kitchen, and bath. All linens and paper goods are provided. Daily coffee and bottled water are also provided.
We have direct water access to beautiful Anchor Bay on Lake St. Clair
A boat slip with electric and water is included as well as ample parking for boat trailers. Additional boat slips and trailer parking are available for $25/night.
Fish cleaning station, gas grill, picnic tables and fire pit.

Great fishing getaway

Very nice fishing lodge. Rooms right next to docks. Quiet spot. Everything you need for a fishing excursion at a reasonable price point.

Clean and cozy

Crows nest was very clean and cozy. Kris, the owner was very accommodating and generous. She called the day before our arrival and went over need to know basics of property. Both bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all necessities. Parking was great along with the fishing being right there. The area is very quiet and a great place to stay. Thank you for making our first time to Michigan a memorable stay.

Short stay fishing trip for two

The space wasn’t huge but enough for two guys. Small kitchen with all the necessities to cook,clean etc. convenient boat slip with power access. Additionally trailer parking (although having to unhook daily if trailering boat) There was great communication and easy instruction from the host that made the stay go smooth. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

Perfect for a fishing vacaton

This was the perfect place for our five day fishing vacation. Kris has a great set up right on the canal and knows how to cater to people who spend each day on the water. Having the use of a really nice Weber grill was a great plus for dinner!

Sooo nice!!

Everything about this location was good, Kris was very communicative every step of the way. The room is spacious and clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The view of the water was beautiful and restful. We just really loved it!! And, we’ll be back!!

Really great!!

This was a really nice property with boat access to Lake St. Clair. The property manager met with us upon arrival to show us around and gave us an upgrade to the main cottage! I would stay here again for sure.

Awesome.

If you are recreating on St. Clair in the Anchor Bay/Algonac area, make Swan View your home base. Kris has thought of everything inside the rooms and outside on the docks. Short boat run to the river and channels, New Baltimore, etc.. Rooms are 10X better than your usual fish camp 1980s decor (not that there's anything wrong with that). Can't wait to return soon -- five stars for sure!

Great place for a fishing getaway!

My husband and our adult son stayed here for a week of fishing on Lake St. Clair. They loved the convenience of a dock with power and water. They were able to roll out of bed and onto the boat for a great day on the lake.

Great Place

Great place to stay if you're wanting to enjoy the waters of Lake St. Clair. We had a great time and the place was perfect for us to eat, sleep, and shower. We look forward to staying again when we come back in May.

Quaint Studio Just the Right Size

The Crow's Nest is a quaint studio located on a canal within just a few hundred yards of Anchor Bay. The manager was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us and make our stay very enjoyable. She answered questions, offered suggestions and was right there to help us no matter what we needed, from the time we checked in until we left. The Crow's Nest is quiet, yet right on the main road through the area.The outside is well lit, and the door has a digital security deadbolt. The grounds are well kept and the room was very clean. There is a queen pull-out bed (which we didn't bother with), 2 twin beds, a large clothes closet, and a storage closet. The kitchen is well stocked for either a short or longer stay, complete with stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only negative, and reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that the bathroom is small. There is a sink, stand-up shower and a nook for the toilet. There are also 4 or 5 large open shelves that are a nice way to keep toiletries, towels and various other supplies out of the way but still accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the area, try The Crow's Nest.

Hosts Wally and Kris Dombrowski have owned this property for over 20 years. The Swan View Inn is located adjacent to our business, Great Lakes Docks & Decks. During the winter of 2015 we renovated and furnished each of our rental suites to accommodate fishing and boating vacationers. We have enjoyed years of working on and near the water and now are happy to have a place to share with others looking for an escape.

Our 200' boardwalk offers a comfortable secure place to moor your boat, charge your batteries, have a picnic, watch the sunset or cast for some fish; overlooking canal with view of Lake St. Clair. We are an all adult, pet free facility. Our outdoor amenities include: Fish Cleaning Station; Gas Grill: Fire Pit; Trailer Parking; Picnic Tables; ample Parking for vehicles and trailers. Indoor amenities include: Studio with two twin beds, kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator and stove; living area with flat screen TV & full size futon; bathroom with shower.
