Great stay

What a great little place to stay. We were really happy with the place it was perfect. Great full size kitchen, living room, little patio and great upstairs bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again if in the Berwick area.

Lovely clean cottage

Perfect location for visiting family and sites. More cutlery would be helpful only provided for sets small things like dishwasher tablets cleaning products and silver foil always helpful as it’s something you always forget quite a few cottages we stayed at recently provide these things.

Excellent and very comfortable. Superb location, too.

This is the second time I've stayed at Woodlands, last year in Elgar and just recently in Vivaldi. On both occasions I was impressed by the exceptional levels of cleanliness, comfort and amenities that the cottages provide. The beds are very comfortable and the bed-linen spotlessly clean while the kitchens are very well equipped and everything works perfectly. Also, the cottages are very warm and with plenty of hot water. In short, it is excellent accommodation and very good value for money.

Weather was awful but it didn't matter as the accommodation was so nice we just stayed in and relaxed. Lovely views to the sea.

Great as always.

The comfort, the facilities& amenities. The position, next to the A1 is brilliant & Berwick town centre is less than 10 minutes away. There were a couple of minor downsides. The lounge lights had only one of the five bulbs working. The lights above the mirror in the bathroom were not working & the bedroom torch was missing. We couldn’t get the safe to work, probably down to previous occupants not resetting it on departure. These points did not detract from our fourth visit. We will be back!

Peaceful and lovely place

Nice property and has nearby shops. Checked in on a Sunday and luckily is near to a corner shop which still open late in the evening for essentials.Downside was fridge not working.Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Great location for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Vivaldi cottage. It was so comfortable and a real home from home as was fully equipped with everything you could need. It had the feel of a 'lodge' with the high ceilings and lots of light. The beds were super comfy and the place was spotless. It was very easy to drop off all our luggage too, right next to the door. This is a superb location if you want to explore the coastline and visit beaches and Alnwick is only a short drive away to visit the gardens.

Great Location for exploring the borders

Had a great week and found the cottage clean on arrival. Double bed was very hard and not that comfortable. Lounge needs better lighting as needed have the main light on which was not very relaxing.

Good place to be. Many attractions within easy reach.

Good apartment with space. It would’ve been helpful to have heating on as we arrived late and main heating is via a storage unit. There is a fire 2kw max and the apartment is large. Apartment was very clean generally- bit of dust around central area of electric fire which wasn’t a problem- think cleaners overlooked this.
