Quiet area, lovely four bedroom with pool, Morell

A beautiful traditional house set in a privileged area, surrounded by a nice garden and vast land with fruit trees. The house is more than 100 years old and the original charm has been carefully preserved, introducing all comfort and facilities needed for a modern living. The terraces play an important role with their views,their relaxing atmosphere and their high quality furniture. There is also a generous sundeck next to the pool, where we also find the barbecue area with a traditional wooden oven and outdoor shower room, as well as a laundry room. The interior decoration is elegant and traditional, combining hand picked pieces of furniture with artesan fabrics and local embroidery. The living/dining room has a nice corner fire place and rustique furniture, the kitchen is nicely traditional but completely equipped and functional. There is also a double bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom . Upstairs we find a lounge with sofas and a reading corner and three more double bedrooms, one has a double bed and bathroom en suite, the other two have twin beds and share a full bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the open terrace with its fantastic views and with a nice iron table and chairs with comfortable cushions. The covered terrace downstairs also has very nice furniture, ideal for outdoor meals overlooking the garden and the pool area. Several beaches are within a short drive’s distance , as well as Pollensa with its quiet village life, its square, its restaurants, bars and cafés.
