This welcoming 1 bedroom 1 bath log cabin offers everything you could need, all right there on one level. As you enter the cabin, the plush leather sofa, perfectly placed in front of the stacked stone fireplace, will greet you. In addition, there, near the fireplace, you will see a beautifully crafted rocking chair that could make a wonderful spot to take in some reading. You will also find that the kitchen and dining areas are both fully equipped, and offer seating for four. In the bedroom, there is a magnificent king size wooden sleigh bed, and 2-person Jacuzzi for private relaxation. On your screened-in deck, a toasty bubbling 4-person hot tub awaits you. A pooltable is located on the lower level for additional fun and entertainment. Our resort area swimming pool and clubhouse are located just around the bend, for when you fancy a little fun in the sun. Being just minutes from downtown area restaurants and attractions, this could be your perfect Smoky Mountain getaway. It's like being at home--only better!

Great stay

This cozy cabin for two was exactly as listed. It was clean and had comfortable furniture. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the pool table. The location was great because it seemed to be away from the hustle and bustle but was only a short drive to all the attractions. The property manager was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Relaxation Awaits

The house was very clean when we showed up. Between the spa and jacuzzi bathtub there was no shortage of relaxing places to sit down. The pool table was a perfect adder for taking up some of the slow times.

Awesome cabin, loud neighbors

This cabin was better than expected. So comfortable and Very clean. Convenient to any location we wanted to go. Just lovely. The only problem...the cabin next to us. The next cabin is about 50 yards away and there are a ton of people in it, very loud, fighting in the street, and laying on car horns till 2am. Iā€™m all for people having a good time on vacation but parties and fighting after midnight is a bit much. To be fair, I didnā€™t call and report because itā€™s always a shot in the dark if we wouldā€™ve been approached if they knew it was us so Iā€™m not blaming the property owners or eagle ridge. It was just very unfortunate. I was on a quiet trip with my mom and it was just so loud that it was hard to enjoy the deck at night. Other than that, This cabin was one of the best places weā€™ve stayed and we go somewhere every year.

Nice, Clean Cabin

This was our first experience on VRBO with a cabin NOT managed by the owners, but a management company instead. It has its ups and downs. The place was VERY clean, which was wonderful. However, it was lacking some of the little things that usually make our VRBO trips so nice. There were no books, no games, no travel-sized goodies, no personal touches like that. Also, there was exactly one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, exactly 2 pods to run the dishwasher with, exactly 1 bar of hotel-style soap in each bathroom, and a small bottle of dish soap for washing in the sink. When it comes to the little extras, it feels more like a hotel than a home. And there was NOTHING in the kitchen: no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, or simple condiments, zip, zlich, nada! I mean, there weren't even any filters for the coffee maker! And don't plan on doing any serious cooking in this kitchen! The pans are not great, the utensils are limited, and the can opener needs to be replaced. With all that said, the cabin was very comfortable. It was big enough for us to all have our own space. The hot tub was nice and felt very private. The fireplace was lovely. The bed was SUPER comfortable and even the sleeper sofa downstairs wasn't too uncomfortable. I realize my complaints are on the petty side, and this may just be the norm when renting from a management company. Overall, I would recommend this cabin because of the distance to town, the cleanliness of the cabin, and the quietness of the neighborhood. But, for those of us who love travelling using VRBO specifically because of the little touches of home, this cabin does not have that "Home Away From Home" feeling.
