This picturesque and wide holiday home is situated in a fenced property. It is provided with eight bedrooms, five of which have a double bed each, and three with two double beds each. In total, this villa can welcome up to 16 people, who will have the possibility to use the three bathrooms, each of which has one shower. The dining-living room is equipped with a warm fireplace and two dining tables, and it is decorated with the wooden beams that you can find in every room of this holiday home. The independent kitchen is provided with modern household appliances.

The outdoor area lacks of absolutely nothing. You can find a fenced private pool characterized by extreme privacy, surrounded by the views over the hills of the province of Cordoba, deckchairs where you can sunbathe and an outdoor dining area, for you to enjoy delicious meals while delighting with the views.

Gorgeous House, Great Views, and Brilliant Host

My group of friends (16) stayed for a week 5th-12th August and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and it doesn't feel like you're on top of eachother. There is also plenty of shade by the pool so you can get out of the sun. We made use of the paella pan and BBQ and there was plenty of fridge space. I kept waiting to find a flaw with the house but it was brilliant. Andrès the host was very helpful, made sure we felt welcome and was understanding of the fact we didn't speak spanish (google translate was very helpful). We would definitely recommend and may stay again in future!

The house is spacious, well-located in a beautiful rural setting, and the swimming pool is large and excellent — perfect for families. The owner was friendly and responsive when we reported problems. However, our stay was affected by repeated short power outages over the first three days and a longer outage on the 3rd night. During these outages, air conditioning and fridge use were disrupted in hot weather and our children were sometimes on the stairs or showering in darkness. We were also unable to prepare meals as the cooker was electric. The swimming pool filter and one toilet issue were fixed after reporting, though one flush button was never repaired. Overall, while the house has many great features and a fantastic pool, unfortunately we had some problems which were eventually addressed, but they significantly impacted our holiday. We were not offered any refund or compensation, which we would have expected given the price paid.

Villa!!!

The property is lovely, Clean and spacious. The area is quiet with excellent views, the villa has everything you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely time. Warning the property owner will be around everyday to check on his crops and to check the swimming pool. I think he should pay a professional swimming pool cleaner .we thought Andres was nice so we did not mind his presence. However after we came back he sent a couple of very rude messages mentioning some damages to which we did not know because the teenagers never told us about it but we were prepared to pay for it. Somehow the property owner thought the damage was intentionally and malicious( the damage was minor to an old bed). It is such a shame that this person thinks everyone is out to get him and to take advantage of him, that was never our intention. If you stay here please make sure to do a detail hand over of everything when you check in. Inspect under the mattresses and document everything. He come up with some silly staff that we never noticed when we were there. The chairs in the patio are old my husband sat and the chair broke we were lucky it did not turn into a nasty fall. The flashing system on the toilets are broken, and if you try to fix it, the property owner will say that you broke it even knowing and admiting that in fact he needs to change it.

Die Küche ist schön, allerdings waren alle Schneidemesser nicht scharf, aber das ist kein ernsthafter Kritikpunkt :). Schöner Pool, genügend Sonnenliegen für alle. Etwa 15-20 Autominuten von Mercadona de Rute entfernt. Andres, der Besitzer, ist einfach ein netter Kerl, er ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hola agradezco tu comentario Pablo , siempre procuro que todo esté bien limpio y bien presentable buena calidad en habitación cocina y en general en todo mi objetivo es este para que el cliente se sienta lo mejor posible , comentas que el comedor es pequeño para un grupo grande , yo solo quiero decirte que la casa es para 16 personas máximo y que el comedor con cocina y barra americana mide 36 metros cuadrados lo veo bastante bien , gracias por todo saludos Andrés propietario

Nous avons été accueillis par Andrés le sympathique propriétaire toujours prêt à nous donner des adresses ou de bons renseignements. La villa est au calme dans l'agréable petit village d'Iznàjar. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. La vue est magnifique au milieu d'oliviers. Très bonnes vacances....

Un berger allemand est présent 24h/24h pour assurer la sécurité (dans un enclos fermé) Le propriétaire est particulièrement sympathique et disponible. Merci encore pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et ne manquerons pas de faire l'éloge de votre gîte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Wetter uns nicht begleitete. Das Haus ist perfekt in Bezug auf Küchenutensilien und Möbel. Es ist kein kaltes Haus, aber wir haben den Kamin benutzt und Andrés hat das Brennholz nicht ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Das einzige, was wir etwas klein fanden, ist der Bereich um den Kamin herum. Der Pool ist wunderschön und war einsatzbereit, aber dieses Mal konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Ausgezeichnete Hausreinigung.
