Apartment A4 + 1 named Negras is located in Kukci – Poreč about 150 m from the Marina restaurant in a detached semi-detached house with a green garden.
The apartment is for 4 or 5 people (with an extra bed in the living room for an extra charge) and the size of the apartment is about 52 m2.
Distance to the center of Porec 5 km, to the beach 3,5 km, to the village of Cervar Port and to the pebble natural beach 3 km. Exit from the Višnjan highway is 6.5 km away.

Apartment Negras is located in a natural environment of greenery and detached houses and villas in the vicinity, about 5 km of the center of Porec.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom, hallway and two terraces. The apartment is on the ground floor and uses its own garden of about 100 m2 with garden furniture. Guests can use the barbecue. The apartment is newly renovated in a modern style.
The 13 m2 bedroom has a double bed, the other 12 m2 bedroom has two single beds. Extra bed is possible in the living room in the sofa bed. The bedroom with two beds opens onto a terrace of 20 m2, and the second terrace of 8 m2 emerges from the living room.
The living room is 16 m2 in size and has a seating area, a table with 5 dining chairs, satellite TV and free WI-FI. The living room is connected to a modern kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the living room there is an air conditioner which cools (and heats most of the apartments). The kitchen is 5 m2.

The bathroom of 6 m2 has a sink, shower and toilet. The bathroom has a washing machine and guests can use a hairdryer.
Parking is provided on own property.
