Two-room apartment in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the center and the sandy beach of Marina di Campo, complete with all services and is ideal for families with children. The village is one of the liveliest on the island of Elba during the summer season which offers tourists a wide variety of restaurants, clubs, shops and events that enliven the evenings. The apartment is very comfortable and allows guests to move easily on foot.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Two-room apartment 2/3 beds
The apartment offers customers a bright living room complete with kitchenette with gas burners, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a TV and a double sofa bed. It also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside it is possible to relax or have lunch outside thanks to a small furnished patio.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small / medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
For groups of guys under the age of 21, an increase to the security deposit of 50% will be required
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
