Enjoy the beautiful views of the Guadalupe River from this AMAZING ground floor 3/2 condo located at Village at Gruene condominiums with direct river access! Just a short walk to the historic Gruene Hall! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeps 8 guests. It has a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All 4 beds in this condo are brand new, 5 star hotel quality mattresses! The master has a private bathroom and the guest bathroom is in the hallway conveniently located right across from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo has new ultra HD TV's, high end mattresses with quality linens, wireless high speed internet access, a Bose sound dock, and an Apple TV with Netflix. You'll feel right at home in the cozy living room and gorgeous kitchen equipped with all your appliances and utensils!

There is a tube rental company called Rockin' R only .4 miles away. Don't miss out on all the wonderful things Gruene has to offer within walking distance from the condo! Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay and enjoy the spectacular river views from your private balcony! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots. No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Wonderful location, quiet corner of Gruene

We stayed here, a family of 3, for Labor Day 2022. It was the perfect home base for adventures on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, and all that Gruene has to offer. We would love to stay there again!

Adult River Weekend

We love staying at this location. This is our 2nd year staying in Gruene and not having to drive is a huge plus. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a balcony over looking the river on one side and the the pool on the other. We canā€™t wait to come back next summer.

We absolutely love this location and this condo. The check in and check out is very easy. It was clean and great walking distance to all the great shops, Gruene Hall, and the delicious restaurants. We also love that you can walk down and have a river access as well. There is a pool available.

Country river fun

Perfect for getting to sights in Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. The town of Gruene and New Braunfels had a lot to offer as well. There was walkable access to food, entertainment, rafting. The traffic in the area was busy for such a small town but the unit comes with 2 parking spots if needed. It was nice to have Netflix at the unit for the teens. Overall great experience.

The property was clean, nice, and decorated well. Very convenient location, you can walk to everything downtown Gruene has to offer. The only thing was people were in the pool very late and were very loud.
