Excellent home near the beach wonderful spot for families ! Large yard , fully equipped kitchen, relaxing hot tub . Great spot for a weekend away !

Before we arrived, I said "there is no way this place could be better than the pictures" ... but it was. This place is a dream, and all who get to experience it are extremely blessed!

Great house, easy walk to the beach

Lovely Stay

Listening to the waves crash all night was soothing. The property was clean and roomy. Will stay here again on next Mendocino Coast trip.

Kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable and the home was very clean. We were all very pleased! The stairs to the beach are not bad at all...my husband is 80 and he was able to navigate them just fine. Highly recommend this home and we hope to visit again.

Ocean Retreat

House was very spacious and well set up. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location was very nice neighborhood was quiet. Access to the beach was not easy if you don’t do a lot of stairs but great access to a beach that is a short drive away.

Great Location

The house was perfect for our family and we lucked out on the weather. Far enough away from town in a small quiet neighborhood with plenty of room, cooking utencils and you can tell it is well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Would stay here again!

Very nice home, lots of windows, spacious rooms and very clean. We didn't do any cooking, just coffee in the morning but it definitely has a great kitchen. It rained mostly, but with all the windows we didn't feel locked inside.

Hard to leave

What a relaxing ocean-side stay in a neighborhood that was quiet. With bluff-access only dozens of steps away, this home is a gem.

Booked VRBO but manage from another site

I booked from VRBO and should be able to manage through VRBO and not download another site. House was amazing!!!!

Hi David, We are so glad you enjoyed the house. VRBO is a third party company that lists our vacation rentals. We are our own local vacation rental company. When you book any of our properties, you will no longer deal with VRBO but directly with us. The app that we offer is not mandatory to download, we will email you the information either way. Exceeded expectations!

Everything from the layout of the house, which was exceptional… Master suite on one side of the house, other bedrooms on the other. Very generous, living space and gorgeous deck. 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Although it would have been good to know about the steep stairs and all the driftwood at the bottom that we had to climb over! The house was very comfortable and felt like a home not a vacation rental. Plenty of seating space and a well appointed kitchen. Stunning views from every room. Comfy hammock on the deck and a very pristine hot tub.

Beautiful Beach Home

Loved the location, the beach access and all of the personal touches. Amazing ocean views. Property management was very responsive with the hot tub power issue - it was fixed immediately so we could enjoy the hot tub the rest of our trip. If you are a group/family that likes to unwind at night with a movie or tv, definitely bring some DVDs to enjoy as Netflix or any other streaming entertainment weren't an option with WiFi. RedBox in Fort Bragg became our daily stop! We will definitely visit this home again!

Ocean view home

The interior home was very clean, spacious, had newer appliances, and had large windows with nice views. The deck had enough seating for many. The bathrooms were good size too. They provide coffee and creamer. The cons is that they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner. The exterior front house needs updating. There were multiple abandoned wasps nests attached to the house. Luckily we didn’t see any bees or wasps but not something you want to see. Overall I would recommend due to the proximity of the beach. It does require walking up and down multiple stairs which a few of our guest couldn’t do due to knee issues.
