Hi David, We are so glad you enjoyed the house. VRBO is a third party company that lists our vacation rentals. We are our own local vacation rental company. When you book any of our properties, you will no longer deal with VRBO but directly with us. The app that we offer is not mandatory to download, we will email you the information either way. Hi Klint We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the location. We are sorry for any confusion regarding supplies. Before each arrival, we send you an email titled "Don't Forget" with a detailed list of what we provide and suggested items for guests to consider bringing. On checkout out, we ask that guests clean and return any dishes they used, return any furniture that might have moved to its original location, and ask that you take the trash out to the cans. We do not ask for any cleaning of the property. We apologize that you did not feel the house was up to your standards. We get many compliments and repeat guests for this property, so we are surprised to hear that you felt this way.
