Vermieter spricht ausschließlich französisch. + sehr netter Vermieter + alles da was man braucht + tolle Terrasse + für gutes und schlechtes Wetter geeignet. + Aachen in 20 min erreichbar + sehr ruhige Lage - Betten qualitativ durchschnittlich - Strom und Wasser sind im Preis nicht inbegriffen Wir fanden den Preis für diese Unterkunft etwas hoch, das lag vielleicht aber auch an der WM in Aachen

Ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Der Park selbst bietet keine Annehmlichkeiten, dafür aber zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Dadurch ist es dort herrlich ruhig. Der Wald mit seinen Wanderwegen beginnt nur 50 Meter hinter dem Haus; typische Limburger Hügelwälder, ganz anders als die typisch niederländischen Wälder. Mehr Unterholz, größere Höhenunterschiede. In der Region gibt es viel zu entdecken: den Dreiländereckpunkt, die Abtei Val-Dieu, alte Kriegslinien, Dörfer usw. Außerdem ist man nur 4 km vom Dreiländereckpunkt entfernt, sodass die Niederlande und Deutschland schnell zu erreichen sind. Das Haus wird mit einem Holzofen beheizt, was ich sehr mag; ein gemütliches Feuer sorgt für behagliche Wärme. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Man sollte allerdings die Kosten für die örtlichen Nebenkosten einplanen. Für einen Aufenthalt unter der Woche beliefen sie sich auf 72 €. Alles wie beschrieben, keine Überraschungen. Ach ja, der Gastgeber spricht nur Französisch, was etwas schwierig ist, da meine Französischkenntnisse nicht so gut sind.

Zeer tevreden huisje is erg netjes meneer di het verhuurd erg vriendelijk. Wel enkel frans maar goed te doen. Huisje is schoon en wordt God onderhouden alles voorradig enige wat mist is de magnetron/oven dergelijke. Wij hadden slecht weer maar het was er lekker warm haard stond al te branden toen we aankwamen absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. Plus overal dichtbij dit landen punt Duitsland Nederland België. Een klein uitje naar Spa ninglingspo en mooie natuur gebieden ook al zijn die je er om het huisje ook.

Een paar koude dagen en alleen een houtkachel om de woonkamer te verwarmen is niet optimaal. Keuken is erg beperkt, geen oven, geen magnetron. Terras nogal overschaduwd door grote struiken. Het huis verdient een opknapbeurt.
