Our spacious and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a restored Belgian farmhouse with a view of the border triangle (B / NL / D) and the Hombourger pastureland in a scenic location. The separate living unit offers a view of the garden and the swimming pond.
Aux deux Bouleaux is located in the Ardennes bleues in the region of the tri-border region of Belgium - Netherlands - Germany, a popular holiday area for those seeking relaxation and city travelers alike.
The lovingly furnished stone house extends over 2 floors with a large living area, open kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor, sliding doors bring summer into the house and offer an enchanting view of the swimming pond in every season. A pellet stove and the cozy seating area ensure pleasant hours in the evening. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all accessories. The high-quality equipment with French terracotta tiles, marble mosaic tiles in the bathroom, the oak parquet in the 2 bedrooms and the selected furnishings with comfortable box spring beds ensure a pleasant stay and restful sleep.
Hombourg is a 1200 soul village and is picturesquely situated on the ridge between Gulp and Göhl. Bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, the brasserie 'Au Grain D'Orge' and 1 restaurant are located in the center of the village around the church. Aachen, Maastricht and Liège are attractive excursion destinations with their individual urban flair. Here you can experience a piece of Europe with its cultural diversity, the three languages German, French and Dutch and the typical regional cuisine. Walking and cycling are possible from the house.
