The deck is furnished with teak steamer chairs and a teak dining table that sits beneath a wisteria covered pergola, perfect for meals outside. An additional deck leads to a completely private, lushly landscaped backyard with a free form saltwater pool, teak lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath, as well as an additional bedroom with a full sized bed.

The 400 ft. two room pool house has a living room with a wet bar and large flatscreen television.

Creature comforts include 2 zone heating and air conditioning, crisp new linens and fluffy white towels, brand new luxury mattresses, flat screen televisions and an integrated Sonos system throughout the house, decks and pool.

The location is within walking distance to the town of East Hampton and the train station and there are several ocean beaches within 2 miles. Nick and Toni's, The East Hampton Grill and the East Hampton farmer's market are all a short walk away.

This is the perfect house for a family beach vacation, or a get together with friends. No large groups or parties please. We love our house and our quiet neighborhood!
