Villa Geroni is a traditional Mallorcan house located in a very quiet area of the Mallorcan countryside. The farm is just 10 minutes by car from the town of Pollensa.

The house is on one floor. The main door, located under a covered terrace, gives direct access to a living-dining room with a fireplace and fully equipped with a sofa, armchairs, satellite television and DVD. A door gives access to the kitchen, completely independent, and equipped with wooden furniture, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.

There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one double, all of them are equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units (following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, they can only be used from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 4:00 - these times cannot be extended or changed).

The exterior of the house is ideal for outdoor lovers, thanks to the barbecue area and a beautiful covered terrace, fully furnished. From here we can see the pool, which has steps for easier access, and which is surrounded by a garden with grass.

In general, this villa is ideal for lovers of rural tourism since it is located in a very quiet area, but at the same time not too far from the center of town.
