Ca na Neus is located in the north of Mallorca between Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcudia. It is a very quiet area which is in contact with nature and has beautiful views of the countryside where you can hear the song of wild birds. Being 6 km from both Pollença and Alcudia, you can enjoy traditional Mallorcan food, the magnificent crystalline beaches and its leisure areas. It is also an ideal place to practice sports, both on land and at sea, since it is just 2 km from the beach.

The house is fully fenced and equipped with wifi. It is lined with Mallorcan stone and consists of a beautiful garden with terrace, pool and jacuzzi. Inside there is a large living room next to a fully equipped kitchenette; It has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one in each room. It also has laundry and you can also enjoy large speakers inside and outside the house, board games, books to read and a ping-pong table.

This house is 50 m from Ca'n Jaume, another villa available for 6 people, ideal to come with two families or friends and be close.

Wonderful stay

We had the most fantastic stay at the Villa. It was extremely clean, the landscaping and pool are simply beautiful. The location is very private and we felt so safe in the area. We would highly recommend the property, it is easy to travel to Palma and the the nearby towns and beach's. We absolutely loved it.

Gorgeous property, close to Pollensa

A gorgeous property which is very privately situated, in well-kept, lovely grounds. The location is peaceful with the sounds of the countryside all around. The swimming pool is superb and extremely welcome on a hot day! The communication with the owner was excellent. Cannot recommend this villa enough.

Overall, an excellent stay at a charming and comfortable villa in a rural setting. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Fabulous pool and outdoor furniture, including a table tennis table! Garden is beautifully kept too. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Air con kept us cool and it was a well equipped kitchen. It is in a remote setting (single road to the property) but we liked that at the end of a busy day exploring- surrounded by a farm and other discreet villas. Private and secure. Perfect location to visit Pollensa and Alcudia. The host Neus was great at communicating with us and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Countryside Villa

We stayed in this villa for a few days while visiting Mallorca in March. It's a wonderful house with plenty of space for 3 or 4 people. The host Neus was very responsive to answer our questions, and the check-in process was simple. The villa is located in the countryside, and it's a quick drive to either Pollenca or Alcudia. The roads are narrow but we encountered very few cars while driving to the house. We highly recommend this villa for a quiet stay on the northern end of the island.

Unsere Zeit auf der Finca war toll! Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen. Alles war genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben – sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Garten und der Poolbereich waren wunderschön gepflegt und luden zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das etwas langsame W-LAN. Das hat uns jedoch nur minimal gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit ohnehin draußen oder unterwegs waren. Insgesamt können wir diese Finca wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely rural villa

The villa was compact but beautifully presented with a really good pool. It was very well equipped, the bathrooms very clean and the beds very comfortable The villa is set in a private garden. It is a little hard to find and a car is essential.. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would highly recommend this villa for a lovely relaxing stay

Wonderful

This property is better than the pictures! A superb place to stay with local towns within a short drive(you will need a car)there is a supermarket just 10 minutes away by car.As we arrived to the gates we were taken back with the views of surrounding mountains and just how quite it was! We asked the owner for a recommendation for somewhere to eat locally and found Stay restaurant in the port of pellenca,the food was amazing and at a reasonable price. we came out of holiday season and it paid of the weather was a steady 20 degrees and the island was quite which suited us. The only down side was that we weren’t brave enough to try the pool ! Having lived in Portugal for several years I knew it hadn’t had enough sun in January to heat it up but that is no way a down side to what was an amazing if not to short a holiday! Would like to take the opportunity to thank Neus and the family for such a wonderful villa that we were able to call home for a few days!thanks again from a very satisfied customer!

If you are looking for complete peace and tranquility, this is the place for you. If you choose, you could not see another soul in the beautiful rural location. You definitely need a car or bike to get around, but would highly recommend!

Great place. Nice pool and gardens. Both pollensa and Alcudia close by.

Main room very warm after dark (it was >34C outside during day at times) but we bought a fan at local hardware store. [Hope it's still there when we visit again.] Lovely situation along narrow lanes. Short distance to coast, pollensa, Puerto pollensa, old Alcudia etc. Very comfortable and well equipped with dish washer, cooker, washing machine. Pool a great size - perfect for swimming and messing about in. Very nice shaded porch. I would recommend it we had a lovely time.

Das perfekte Haus für den Sommer von sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Der freundliche Empfang und die Hilfe bei der Anfahrt zum Haus waren super !! ( es liegt ein wenig abgelegen, dafür sehr ruhig ) Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität- sauber , aufgeräumt , großzügig, es ist alles da, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht ( im Winter wäre eine bessere Heizung gut ). Die Orte Pollenca, Alcudia und Port de Pollenca sind alle in 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Hier gibt es alles , was der Urlauber so braucht. Der Pool und der Garten laden gearadezu ein, hier den ganzen Sommer zu verbringen :-)). Doch da ist ja noch das Büro zuhause ... Fazit : Weiterempfehlung auf jeden Fall, für Paare sowie Familien ideal, da 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem (!) Bad !!! Sehr nette Vermieter mit schneller Reaktion auf Anfragen und Wünsche ! Super, gerne wieder LG

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 2 Kleinkindern (8 Monate und 5 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und beschrieben. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (auch ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl). Es ist sehr gepflegt. Es wurden sogar die Hand- und Badetücher einmal gewechselt, obwohl wir nur eine Woche da waren. Die Schlafzimmer sind recht gross und jedes mit eigenem Bad und grossem Einbauschrank. Der Pool (10x5m) ist super, perfekt für unsere Tochter zum Reinspringen und tauchen und auch für uns Erwachsene, da man auch schön seine Bahnen ziehen kann. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt (ca. 5km, Lidl und Eroski) und am Meer (Port Alcudia). Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und seinen Eltern war sehr nett. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Truly sunny villa a great base for holiday

We were thrilled when we rolled back the gate to see the villa exactly as the pictures show, inside and out! The pool was large enough to play around in but not for doing lengths in the hot weather! Air conditioning in the bedrooms was great for sleeping! Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and filter coffee although we didn't really do any cooking! Washing machine in a small outhouse. The living areas were a little dark and not air conditioned, but we didn't spend much time indoors sitting around, we were eating out late most nights! The owner's parents dropped in on the first day to make sure we were OK and to offer any help for the week. There is a useful portfolio with local information and contact numbers. The villa is quite a way off the main road between Port de Pollensa and Alcudia, so you will need your own car but this also makes it very private and secluded. We had our concerns and paid by credit card for security but this is a genuine privately owned villa thorough several generations of a Mallorcan family! Pollensa proper is the best place to eat locally. South facing Sunny villas by name, sunny villas all day by nature!
