Once the home of coral divers, CasaCorallo has been skillfully renovated with taste and charm. It is a villa located 4 km from Carloforte, the only town on the island of San Pietro, and sits along the island’s beachfront. The nearest beach is just 400 meters from the villa as the crow flies and 700 meters on foot, and it is just one of the many beaches and coves that stretch out one after another.
The villa consists of three apartments: ALOE, IRIS, and IBISCUS. Each apartment is completely independent, uniquely decorated, and self-contained; it is equipped with every amenity for a comfortable vacation: from a dishwasher to a washing machine, from a fully equipped kitchen to a spacious bathroom. Each room has a ceiling ventilation system. Each apartment also features additional outdoor showers, a drying area, a barbecue, internet, and Wi-Fi. In addition, each apartment features a furnished outdoor area with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and armchairs, an exclusive sunbathing area, as well as a pergola shaded by wickerwork to provide shelter on the hottest days.
The CasaCorallo villa is completely fenced in and surrounded by a stunning, colorful garden where the fragrances of the Mediterranean scrub mingle with an English-style lawn and a lush orchard, all tended by the expert hands of our gardener.
The ALOE apartment can accommodate up to 6 people: on the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen-dining area fully equipped with all necessary appliances, while upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds), both equipped with air conditioning, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests, and a bathroom decorated in shades of green inspired by the plant that represents this unit.
