Zoko Suites IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the heart of the city, a few meters from the La Latina metro station.

La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

The apartment:

A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the ground floor of the building.

As soon as you enter, you find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook. The living room, decorated with great taste, has a double sofa bed.

The night area consists of two double bedrooms that boast a beautiful design. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with shower.

There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 50 metres of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
