It’s on the sixth floor, very bright and well-ventilated; there are no buildings in front of it, so the breeze flows freely. Views of Bayren Castle and a protected natural area. The balcony is perfect for lunch or dinner. If you enjoy sports, there’s a fantastic tennis court nearby. The complex has a pool and a garden that’s maintained daily by the building manager. The apartment is easily accessible. The beach is just 300 meters away.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a workspace for working on a laptop. It doesn’t have a garage, but you can park on the streets adjacent to the building.
Right on the beachfront, you’ll find a pirate ship for the kids to play on, a sports area for adults, street markets, and various leisure activities.
We’ll welcome you personally on the day of your arrival. If you need anything during your stay, I’ll be at your disposal.
On Gandia Beach, you can enjoy a variety of activities: relaxing walks along the seashore, hiking trails through protected wetlands, water sports, boat rentals, jet skis, and bicycles. Boat tours of the bay. Enjoy the local cuisine. Don’t forget to explore Gandia’s cultural heritage: the Ducal Palace, Bayren Castle, Parpalló Cave, the Fallas Museum, and the historic center. A sunset or sunrise stroll through the harbor and along the breakwater by the lighthouse can be an unforgettable experience. And so much more!!

The best way to get around the beach is on foot or by renting a bike.
If you want to visit other nearby towns, take the highway CV-605 and its newly opened boulevard right behind the apartment.
Public transportation is also a good option.
Gandia Beach is known for its long stretch of sandy shore.

For stays of 10 nights or fewer, this will be considered a TOURIST RENTAL—Tourism Contract.

For stays longer than 10 nights, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Valencian Regional Government, and you must sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival at the property.
