It has 1 master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bedroom with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

These are apartments completely equipped down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for cooling and heating, heating and independent hot water with natural gas boiler. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary bedding and kitchen equipment.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.



The guest must provide proof of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatment or care for a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
