Villa Lefteris is a modern luxurious villa and the perfect romantic getaway for couples.The villa is set in its own private gardens with a private swimming pool and BBQ area. Inside the villa you will find an open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a large double bed and one bathroom with shower and bath.The villa can acccomodate up to 3 guests with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge.

Enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola or a glass of wine under the clear starry night sky and the wondrous full moon.During the day relax by the pool under the shade of the umbrellas admiring the vast blue of the Ionian Sea.

Feels like Home

We had an amazing time in Kefalonia and thanks to villa Lefteris, we felt like home coming back from our long visiting days. Good location, well furnished, neat and very well maintained, villa Lefteris is perfect for your Kefalonian getaway!!!

A brilliantly designed gem of a villa. Very private, as its gated, and surrounded by planted trees/shrubs, but still nicely situated for restaurants and close to Argostoli. Well furnished inside and out. Comfy bed. Nicely sized pool for two people.Park your car here and relax.Iro is the very friendly owner and her and her staff are on call and will look after you well.A lovely stay to be repeated. Thank you Iro.

This place was a peace of heaven, very quiet but not too far from the towns. Irene was very helpful, booked us a taxi to do a food shop the day after we arrived also arranged for our transport back to the airport. Pool was the biggest we’ve had on our holidays and the place was just so relaxing. The owner came and introduced herself and made sure we were happy which was really nice. We are definitely going to be a returning customer but maybe explore the island a bit next time as we just enjoy the villa this time. Hopefully by next year they were planning fresh food cooked and delivered to your doorstep to give an even better experience

Perfect..

Great villa in a great location. Villa was spotless on arrival and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Villa is very well designed, no shortage of storage space and has all the facilities you will need. Also gated so secure. Cleanest pool I've ever been to in Greece, very well kept and cleaned every day we were there (apart from Sundays I think). We will be looking to book again.

Top Villa in super Lage !

Wir waren hier für eine Woche und hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und ist super angelegt. Sehr Privat und keine Einsicht auf den Poolbereich. Somit ist man wirklich unter sich. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht mit einem tollen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Flughafen ist direkt in der Nähe. Der Flughafen ist sehr klein mit wenig betrieb. Der Strand ist in der Nähe und mit dem Auto erreichbar direkt mit Tavernen und Sandstrand. Das Meer ist im Oktober super warm und bietet einen tollen Strand. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und man kann flach reinlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Iro und die Absprache war super und sehr freundlich. Ich kann euch hier den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen ein Mietwagen erleichtert vieles und bietet eine angehende Erreichbarkeit der schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dieser super schönen Insel. Was noch erwähnenswert ist, an der Villa sind überall Mückenschutzfenster angebracht was super für warme Nächte ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und vielen Dank Iro und sein Team.

La scelta migliore possibile per una vacanza a Cefalonia

Una sola parola. Perfetto. Non ci si puo' aspettare niente di meglio. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort ed è in condizioni di pulizia e cura impeccabili. Corrispondenza totale fra l'annuncio/foto e la realtà dei fatti. Iro si è dimostrata molto disponibile ed attenta senza essere invadente. Insomma come detto all'inizio perfetto.

Beautiful villa, quiet, secluded, great stay

Villa was wonderful, clean and tidy, thought about everything you could need and not cluttered. Quiet location, amazing secluded pool and plenty space to feel relaxed. Absolutely superb

The villa has everything you could wish. It, and the surrounding area, are kept scrupulously clean. The pool is cleaned every day. Wi-fi is excellent. Location is extremely convenient. No negatives whatsoever. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great time staying in Villa Lefteris for one week in August. As others have mentioned, the property is very high quality and is very clean. We also found it very private. Iro was very welcoming and helpful - great customer service. The whole setup was just what we were looking for - a quiet romantic break. We were a bit worried about the proximity of the airport before we arrived and we would normally be a bit sensitive to this kind of thing - but it was no problem at all and although there are a few planes, the airport is small so there is not that many aircraft (maybe 5-10 maximum per day) and the noise only last 30 seconds. Sunbathing by the pool it was in fact an interesting occasional distraction! We thought the island of Kefalonia was lovely and we will definitely return and stay at this villa again.

Heaven in Lefteris

From 21st April my husband and I enjoyed a week in Villa Lefteris. As well as it being spacious, it was furnished to a particularly high standard offering comfort and luxury. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to a sun terrace looking out onto the private swimming pool and offering stunning views of the mountains and sea. The kitchen was adequate size and well equipped with all modern and easy to operate appliances and plenty of cupboard space. A door opened out to a beautiful sun terrace with views of the side garden where there were additional table and chairs. The bedroom was not only spacious but offered the unusual benefit of ample storage space along with a decent hairdryer. An iron and ironing board was also provided. French doors opened out onto another sun terrace and rear gardens and pool area. We enjoyed cooking on the barbeque on a couple of days enjoying the stunning views of the mountains and sea and the peace and tranquillity of the well maintained gardens. One of the highlights of our holiday was a beautiful bouquet of flowers presented to us in the restaurant for our 31st anniversary celebration on behalf of the owner of the villa Lefteris, a lovely and unexpected surprise. The owner and staff were delightful and were only too happy to make our stay an enjoyable experience, offering suggestions of places to eat and being helpful generally. Nothing was too much trouble. I can only summarise the experience of our holiday as Heaven in Lefteris!

Fantastic holiday in fantastic Villa

Villa Lefteris is unique. Private swimming pool, barbecue (there is and everything you need to feel like at home. Great location. Walk distance to a beach and tavernas however better tavernas you will find in Lassi. About 10 minutes by car to Lassi with stunning blue flag beach and lot of tavernas. To the town center 15 minutes by car. Very easy to drive. Very close to the airport (just few minutes by car). I spend I not Villa Lefteris 5 nights and it was one of the best stay in Greece so far. Iro helped us to choose best restaurants so we didn't have to looking for too long. Highly recommend!

Wonderful quiet villa for a relaxing holiday

Villa Lefteris more than met our expectations. It was clean and well maintained and having our own private swimming pool was a real bonus. The owner Iro was away on holiday herself so we did not meet her. She did email us during our stay to check that everything was OK. However all her staff looked after us very well. Irene , Anna, Leonardo and Zois were all friendly and helpful. Irene was our main contact during our stay and was very welcoming and warm. There was always the feeling that we could call on Irene and her colleagues if needed but our privacy was respected. We were told when the Villa would be cleaned and the staff arrived on time. On the day of our departure we had a late evening flight and this was taken into consideration. Staff in local shops and restaurants were very helpful. We would highly recommend Villa Lefteris for a romantic getaway.

As perfect as the photos

We absolutely loved our stay at lefteris. It was our honeymoon and we also had our 11month old daughter with us. Everything was just right and it all looked as good as the photos on the advert showed. It was less than ten minutes from the airport and a few tavernas in walking distance and beaches. We had a car which we found very helpful as there is so much more to see if you just drive a little way in any direction really. We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends. Iro the owner even came to see us the morning after we had arrived with a cake as a wedding gift. It was only two of us eating it but we managed to finish it. Delicious. The outdoor BBQ area with outdoor sink was a great touch too. Spotlessly clean and the maids were lovely. As was the pool guy. Thank you very much Iro and team. Hollie and Harley.

Perfect

Our 3rd stay at kyma&Eros villas once at Villa despina twice at Villa lefteris.were do I start!!!!sitting behind a coded entrance the Villa sits very proudly ina lovely flowered and lawned garden .your own private pool which is a good size if you want a "proper" swim with a BBQ area to the side.privacy being the key word all the lovely staff are very friendly whilst respecting your privacy whilst on holiday.the Villa is a short stroll in either direction to local tavernas. car hire is not a must if you want to stay based in svronatra with lovely beaches in walking distance.a very well stocked and reasonably priced mini market is 10 minutes walk away.anyway back to the Villa! Very clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need full oven washing machine dishwasher air con ,WiFi and safe (at no extra cost )lounge area with 4seater dining table very comy sette TV DVD player separate bedroom with huge bed loads of wardrobe space lovely modern bathroom in fact the whole Villa is very modern with a very quirky lampshade in the lounge! Iro the owner is absolutely lovely and will make you so welcome I must mention all the staff who all work very hard and do an excellent job keeping everywhere immaculate.my only negative is when we have to close the door and leave! I would love to keep this Villa my secret escape .simply the best !!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous

As soon has you arrive through the electric gates you are greeted by extremely friendly staff and immaculate gardens.the villa has very modern decor and everything you need for a lovely holiday.fully fitted kitchen outside bbq and a good size pool usually in villas for 2 people a "splash"pool is all you would get.the staff can't do enough for you but respect your privacy.iro the owner always comes to greet you and have a chat and makes you feel special.i cannot rate this villa or location highly enough would not hesitate to return

Beautiful Manhattan Beach walk street home

This is a beautiful home in an amazing location! It is just 6 houses up from one of the nicest sections of the beach in the area and close walking distance (about a half mile) to the two areas of Manhattan Beach where restaurants and shops are located. The views of Catalina Island from the deck are fabulous...a great place to watch sunsets. The home is clean and beautiful with a nice sized kitchen and the living room looks out on the ocean as well. A great place for a beach vacation!

Fabulous Villa Lefteris

My wife & i have recently returned from a 10 day holiday in villa Lefteris,this very modern well equipped villa has everything you could possibly need. The views out to sea across to Zante,the immaculate secluded garden with colourful flowers & shrubs & spotless pool make this a perfect relaxing spot. Situated in Svoronata a quiet village with the villa 10mins from the airport with good beaches & restaurants within walking distance with easy access to explore the rest of Kefalonia with larger resorts of Lourdas & Trapazaki only a short drive away & the capital city Argostoli 20 min drive away. The owner who welcomed us on arrival & the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble my wife & i were made to feel very welcome. Having stayed in many villas on Greek islands over the past 15yrs Villa Lefteris has to be the best due to the outstanding spotless villa, the location,the views,the staff. We will be back.

We enjoyed villa Leftkeris immensely. We thought

We enjoyed villa Leftkeris immensely. We thought the villa was finished to a high standard spec, including the beautiful garden and pool. The scent from the roses, and other beautiful plants (please excuse my ignorance as I dont know the name of what they were all called) were lovely and very well looked after by Leonardo. Svoronata itself is a nice and peaceful location, except for the odd plane overhead, but we didnt feel this spoilt the feeling of peace at all. We explored the mountains and local areas. We found the Ammes pool bar a good venue to meet other holidaymakers, which was largely run by Isobella and George. The local taverners provide good food too although the Ammes restaurant was a notch better. Thank you Iro for meeting us too on arrival making us feel very welcome. For info, we hired a car for the whole week which was handy although we didnt use every day. Please be aware, the roads are a challenge, but you soon get used to them and make allowances.

Fantastic villa and Kefalonia!

Absolutely fantastic holiday. First time in Kefalonia. The villa was amazing, clean, comfortable and the best was the swimming pool. The garden is amazing with all the lavenders. Iro met us with the most delicious local fruit and a bottle of ice cold water which was welcomed in the 30 degree heat. Iro told us of all the nice places to go and even taught us some Greek. The villa was cleaned and fresh towels were provided. I would highly recommend this amazing villa as it is walking distance to very nice beaches, close to the airport and Argostoli. We drove around the island and I think the villa is in a great location. Can't wait for the next holiday as I will definitely go back.

Addictive! :)

“The World is too big, the life is too short to go back a place year by year.” We had to change our philosophy since we have been in Villa Lefteris. It was our second vacation in Kefalonia and Villa Lefteris. Perfectly equipped house in a perfect location. You can easily explore the whole island by car. Well maintained private pool and garden, and - thanks to Iro – a “sweet home” feeling. Definitely the best place to stay in Kefalonia. There is one hazard: addictive! :)

Amazing Villa - Highly Recommend

I haven't written a review before but felt compelled to do so because we have just spent a week in the Villa Lefteris and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is very spacous and finished to a high spec with everything you could need. The villa is light and airy and has two sliding doors that lead directly onto your private garden and pool. You are screened from the next door villa by a tall hedgerow so you really are private and self-contained. There are lovely views out to the sea. Iro, the owner, was so helpful and welcoming and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay, which we certainly did. Leonardis, the gardener, cleaned the pool every day and kept the garden and flowers looking beautiful. There is a local shop about 15 minutes walk away which stocks all the essentials. There are two beaches that are again about a 10-15 min walk away and there are some restaurants as well. Although you wouldn't need a car as you do have everthing you need in walking distance, I would recommend one so you can drive to a bigger supermarket if you wanted more choice of meat/veg to eat in but also so you can see more of the beautiful island. I would really recommend this villa and am very jealous if you have decided to book a holiday here - enjoy!
