Hi Trevor Thank you for leaving a 4* review on your stay at North Denes Holiday Park We are pleased to read that you found booking your stay an easy process and you were kept informed to all details of your booking. Please accept my apologies if the property was not 100% as it should have been for your arrival. We take any issues of cleanliness very seriously, there are procedures and processes in place, so it is very disappointing if some areas were overlooked on this occasion. We take all Reviews very seriously. The points you have raised have been forwarded onto the cleaning company, so this does not occur again. The property you stayed in does not provide Wi-Fi. On occasion the park may be able to supply Wi-Fi but this is through the park so unfortunately this may not always be as reliable for guests as they need it to be. I do hope you still had a good time despite the issues you experienced and that you have some happy memories of your days out. We would love to welcome you back, so don’t forget, each holiday counts towards your free stay with us so keep marking off your loyalty card and use your £50 voucher off your next holiday. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind Regards 2cHolidays
