The villa itself is elevated and situated in a peaceful and private location on a south facing hill, which guarantees sun all day. From the large terraces and the well maintained garden you can enjoy stunning panoramic views over the 18 hole par 71 golf course with direct views of the 10th and 12th fairways and sea in the background.

The beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned and the large private salt water pool can be heated on request. The villa is equipped to a high standard. The spacious lounge is beautifully furnished and offering both, space and comfort . With the fireplace as a centre piece and heating (air-con), the villa is also a cosy place for those wishing to come and stay out of summer season.
Ideal as well for surfers and guest that wish to do some out door activities.

The villa is equipped with a large LED screen TV, DVD player and music system in the lounge, satellite TV, and free internet access (WIFI) As well you can find a large collection of DVDs, and books.

Lounge and dining area are an open plan design.

The modern kitchen with separate utility room is well equipped with a 5 hob gas stove and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The lounge, dining room area and kitchen lead out onto the predominant terrace with stunning views and several sitting areas, where you can wine and dine or just relax in the sun.
The large gas BBQ area guarantees some cosy dinners, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the Western Algarve.

4 bedrooms are on the lower level, accessed by a staircase from the entrance hall, all bedrooms have a set of sliding doors leading out to the large pool and terrace area. The 3 master bedrooms with dressing room area have en-suite bathrooms, with bath tub and shower, toilet and bidet. The 2 further double bedrooms are with private separate bathrooms, with a walk in shower. You find a hairdryer in each bathroom.


All Bedrooms have twin beds that can be brought together as doubles. This makes the villa ideal for family holidays or if you want to come out with a group of friends.

The beautiful Costa da Vicente nature reserve and the entire Western Algarve offers numerous outdoor activities, whether in the water such as surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, wake boarding, scuba diving, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boat trips including dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, or activities on land such as tour riding with a racing or mountain bike (MTB), quad biking (4WD), motor biking, horse riding in the countryside or on the beach, blow carting. Sightseeing, hiking, guided walks, tennis, golf or just sunbathing. We can help you to arrange any of this activities. The villa is ideally located and you can reach a large variety of beaches just in a few minutes drive by car, most of them are easy to access. Depending on swell and season all of them can become incredible good surfing beaches.
