Chimenea Pinar 2 is a flat of around 70 m² sleeping up to 4 people, situated in the Chimenea Apartments complex in the Pinar del Mar area of Nerja. Located about 500 metres from Burriana Beach, it features a private balcony with views of the sea and the communal swimming pool, as well as air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms.



The flat is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable layout for four people. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds and a wardrobe, as well as views of the swimming pool. The bathroom is fitted with a bath.



The living-dining room has direct access to a balcony with views of the sea and the swimming pool, equipped with a table and four chairs for dining or having breakfast al fresco.



The kitchen is separate and equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine. The accommodation also features high-speed Wi-Fi, a television with international channels, a hairdryer, an iron and blinds. A cot or high chair can be requested free of charge for your stay.

Location near Burriana Beach

Burriana Beach is around 500 metres away, with restaurants, shops and activities along the seafront promenade. The walk back to the flat includes an uphill stretch, which is worth bearing in mind, especially if you’re travelling with young children or prefer to avoid slopes.



The centre of Nerja is about a 20-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop on the same street. Parking is available on the public roads in the surrounding area, and spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Communal swimming pool

The complex has a communal outdoor swimming pool, which can be seen from the balcony and from one of the bedrooms.



Information about the swimming pool: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of October. In exceptional cases, its availability may be affected from time to time by maintenance work, repairs or other circumstances relating to the community.
