The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is close from november to march.

It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.
