Welcome to our home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer and it can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the whole property!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Superb! : We booked the top floor two bedroom apartment for 1 week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet (maybe because we were on the top floor)! Very well located in porto, great value for money! The parquet floor is very noisy when you walk around the apartment. It wasn't disturbing for us as we were on the top floor. But I imagine the apartments below might be bothered by the noise.

The apt. Is very noisie. Every step comes with it's own crack. The walls of the apt. Are very thin so you can ear every thing hapening at the next room. No intimacy. Remodeling was made it with very cheap materials and the construction codes were absent on many spots. Tha apt has no dishwasher, no laundry station and has NO ELEVATOR. 2 people of the group has problems with hips and knees and the ups and downs by the stairs and we had a very bad time to go trough. We had problems to get in because the key quality. The indications weren not the best. We received it by email even thatI asked to receive instructions via wathsapp because the internet conectivity. There was not a phone number to call in case of emergency and the welcome center was located realy far from the apt.

Gostei muito. Excelente localização. Única reclamação é sobre a casa de banho do 2ª andar que a ducha estava solta da parede e ralo entupido o que acarretou alagamento do banheiro todo. Fora isso ótimo

We did not get off to a good start with our stay, the listing description said "you can store your bags free of charge at the welcome center", however when I inquired about that they said it was a mistake and did not offer an early check-in option. Our first night there the 1st floor shower leaked and required all the towels to dry to the floor, they did not fix the shower and said to not use it for the rest of the stay, so we were down one shower and it took 24 hours for them to provide new towels. Communication was good when we messaged them but I don't think I would stay at this property again.

Lugar cheio de moscas varejeiras que ficavam no meio da sala de estar voando. O piso de madeira muito barulhento, dentro e fora do apartamento. Andavamos dentro do apartamento e o barulho era enorme a ponto de acordar todos a noite. Escutavamos todos os vizinhos subindo e descendo as escadas nas areas sociais do prédio. Atendimento muito ruim.
