The MOIKLERHOF holiday home accommodates up to 18 people and is situated in a sunny, panoramic location in the Bichl district of Ramsau in the Zillertal, 1.5 km from the centre of Ramsau and 3.5 km from Mayrhofen. Restaurants are approximately 200 m away, a supermarket 1 km away and the Horberg mountain railway 1.5 km away. In winter, the bus stop is just 150 m away and provides connections to the Zillertal Arena.

The fully renovated house spans three floors covering approx. 350 m² and has nine rooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a lounge measuring approx. 90 m² with cosy seating, a sofa, satellite TV and a children’s play area, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. Two toilets, a pantry and a play area with a selection of games complete the living area. All bedrooms have an en-suite shower/toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and access to a balcony.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and one single bedroom. The second floor offers two further double bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; some rooms have slightly sloping ceilings. In total, there are two balconies, free parking and a new wellness room with an infrared cabin for two people.
The house is situated on a 5,000 m² plot with garden furniture and children’s play equipment. The owners’ working farm is just approx. 50 m away; farm-fresh produce can be purchased directly from the farm. In summer, entry to the outdoor swimming pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen is included. The location also provides a good base for excursions and activities in the Zillertal.
