This is a truly beautiful home just a few steps away from the ocean.

100 feet from semiprivate Hither Hills beach (Webster beach).

Brand new construction, be the first to live in. All modern design furniture, contemporary feel and touch.

Ocean views. Sonos throughout house.

Webster grill on sun deck with ocean view.

6 minutes drive to Gurneys (20 minutes walk on beach to Gurneys). Close to everything including Montauk town. Call this beautiful place your home. Everything is designer branded (from towels, to plates, to appliances, to furniture, etc).

NO Check-Out on Saturday. Check-in Saturday’s exceptionally only.

Check-in 4.30pm unless case-by-case exception. Check-out latest 10.30am (unless case-by-case exception)

Families preferred. Parties on property strictly forbidden. Pets case by case with pet fee. Please inquire.

Great location

5 minute walk to a great beach. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and a very large and efficient BBQ on the deck. The bedrooms were laid out well and plenty of room for 7 adults, 3 toddlers and 1 infant.

Great rental

This house is awesome. Very clean and furnished to perfection. 1-2 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to town. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful Experience

Loved the house, easy check in and out. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very close to the beach and town. Was plenty of space for our group. Was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included.

Perfect house, perfect location

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Laura’s house. It was so clean, spacious, and centrally located. Just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to town (shops, restaurants, etc). Laura was so patient and attentive, answering each and every question we had prior, during, and after our stay. We’re already planning to stay here again next summer!!

Old Montauk Meets New Montauk

Excellent renovation...Perfect proximity to beach ...far enough from town to get the MTK VIBE ..but close enough to walk/bike/drive to any for amenity you need. This is a true GEM

Stellar beach house in Montauk!

The house was even better than described in the listing with beautiful and modern appointments throughout. A stone's throw from the path leading directly to the beach and breathtaking water views from the main floor of the house. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We would love to return and give our highest recommendation.

Delightful

Stayed with family. We love Montauk and loved this house. 1 block away from private beach. Clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Would definately return without any hesitation. Weather did not cooperate so it was nice having a cozy home.

A Little Slice of Heaven

What a wonderful family vacation we had! The newly built home is fabulous. Lovely kitchen, ample dining area and comfortable living space. Bedrooms are a nice size with luxurious linens. You will be guaranteed a wonderful nights sleep! And…the beautiful beach is just a short walk away. Our host Laura was most helpful before, during and after our stay. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! Can wait to book again next year!

Some places are just special

I’ve spent 100s of nights in vacation rentals over the years. Most are nice and about what I expected. This one is truly special. It’s the one that you are supposed to book without hesitating and will probably go back year after year. beautiful, clean, every detail considered, near the beach, perfect spot in town, sweetest host you could ask for, nice neighbors, maintained like a home (not a rental property), exactly as advertised, etc etc.

Beautiful property

A really nice house — light, bright, and clean. If you need to work during your vacay, there’s a desk area in the finished basement along with two guest rooms, a full bath and laundry. The entrance level has four bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen, eating area, and a lounge area with front and rear balconies make up the top floor. From the seating at the kitchen island we could see the amazing waves action from Fiona on its way to Canada.

Wonderful experience!

I spent just over 2 weeks at this house and had a flawless experience. The house is clean and bright, and a very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and hear the waves which is amazing. Close to everything and extremely comfortable!

Gorgeous house; great location!

We had a great stay at Laura’s beautiful house! It’s a great location, very close to the gorgeous Hither Hills beach! It’s also just a few minutes’ drive to Montauk if you want to go into town - we even walked to Montauk a couple of times, takes about 30 min along the path on the Old Montauk Highway. All of the furnishings in the house seem to be very new, high quality, and so clean! Everything in the house is modern and stylish, lots of white, looks like it was all put together by a decorator. There are beautiful new appliances in the open, airy kitchen, the baths are new, modern and big (easy for sharing), and we enjoyed the two decks of the house - one has an ocean view. Thanks, Laura, for a wonderful stay! We hope we will be able to come again!!

Amazing home two minute walk to the beach!

We rented this beautiful new home for 10 days and everything was perfect. The location was extraordinary - literally a two minute walk from an exquisite private beach. The house is new, spacious, beautifully decorated. Amazing natural light in the upstairs large open floor plan/common spaces to spend family time together. Bathrooms and kitchen all brand new and beautiful style and quality. Could not have been more perfect. Laura was responsive and helpful and did everything we asked to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely return!

This property was thoughtfully appointed, perfectly sized, and very clean. Property owner was wonderful in all aspects of communication. The location was just the best. Steps to the beach but without being on the road. Can't wait to visit again!

Truly Excellent

The location is absolutely perfect, with a truly spectacular and quite private beach within steps of the property. We travelled with four children aged 7-14. It was so easy, since we we didn’t have to lug anything to the beach but could go back at any point. The local supermarket, bakery, mini golf and some restaurants are within a 5 minute drive (“downtown” Montauk). Other restaurants also really close by. We went to East Hampton when it was rainy for shopping / dinner several times, which was a 20 minute drive, so everything was really close. The house was fantastic, brand new, well thought-out, with plenty of space for a family of 6. The layout is perfect, with a beautiful kitchen and family room upstairs and all the bedrooms downstairs. A real plus: washer and dryer in the basement. Laura was really friendly and helpful. We asked her for a cleaning service to help us out a couple of times. She organized it right away. It turns out that the house is easy to keep clean, since there is no clutter, but this was really helpful anyway. We also had a trash issue, which she dealt with right away. All in all: we are sad to leave this really amazing place!

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!!

This newly renovated home is a wonderful place for a Montauk getaway. The house is very comfortable and clean. The owner is very easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. She really cares about her home and wants others to love it as much as she. The location of the home could not be better. It is right across the street from a beach which is quiet and beautiful. The house is also very close to town which is fantastic. We had a group of both adults and children and the house was extremely accommodating to both. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to go back and stay in the future. We highly recommend this house!
