A beautiful and quiet location.

Spent 7 nights here and had an excellent time. The cottage is very peaceful with beautiful views, and the hosts are always on hand and very helpful.

Wonderful stay and property!

We stayed at this property on our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The estate it is located on is stunning. The property itself is recently renovated and has all of the necessities for a simple, relaxing and unplugged stay. We especially appreciated use of the pool and all of Luca’s fabulous local recommendations. Luca and his team were so kind and easy to connect with. Highly recommend!

Idyllic cottage in a beautiful place

This place is magical if you are looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful newly renovated cottage with amazing views of the hills of Tuscany. We felt very welcomed by both Nicoletta and Luca, who were very kind and always helpful. The cottage has all equipment needed and is a perfect place for two. Thank you for your hospitality and for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for relaxed stay

Everything about our stay was excellent from the welcome by Nicoletta to the frequent information and checks by Luca, the host, that all was OK. The cottage is newly renovated tastefully and situated in a private corner of the estate with great views. It has a small kitchen area equipped for self-catering for two. I would definitely recommend this attractive accommodation to anyone who appreciates a quiet stay in the countryside.

Perfect!

Our stay at Casa Civetta was truly perfect! The owner Luca and the housekeeper Nicoletta were the nicest people, giving us so many helpful tips for restaurants and helping us organize several trips. Besides that, Casa Civetta and the whole property are super pretty, well equipped and clean. I can just highly recommend it and hope to come back one day!

Marvelous!

Prefect holiday with a perfect host! The house is small and beautiful with amazing views of the hills of Tuscany. The pool is lovely with lots of trees around. Luca gave lots of good recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, trips in the area etc. We'll definitely come back!

Tuscan Bliss

We loved staying at the property. The views and sunsets were spectacular and the cottage is so clean and well laid out. We would advise that there is a long unpaved road to the property and that there is no WiFi. These facts did not effect our enjoyment or rating but are things which are worth traveler’s consideration. Overall thank you Luca and the ever helpful Nicoletta, our stay with you was amazing.

Het welkom was erg hartelijk.Contact verliep via de house keeping. Nicolette. Zeer vriendelijke en lieve dame, behulpzaam en laagdrempelig contact. Heel fijn!Het zwembad was een heerlijk verkoelende plek wat ook wel nodig was, het was erg warm toen wij er waren.Voor echt kleinere kinderen is het zwembad minder geschikt. (diepte begint bij 1.20 mtr).Voor ons was alles aanwezig in het huisje wat voor ons nodig was.We hebben zelfgemaakte olijfolie en wijn geproefd. Een aanrader. De lijfolie heerlijk zacht met een tinteling en de wijn puur sangiovese.We hebben een ontspannen en erg goed verblijf gehad.

Wir haben die zweite Septemberhälfte in diesem charmanten Häuschen verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ein Wort jedoch zur Einrichtung: Gleichwohl diese mit viel Gespür für wertige Materialien und behagliche Atmosphäre vorgenommen wurde, fanden wir diese nicht in jeder Hinsicht zugleich auch ausreichend und funktional (siehe Bewertung vom 2.8.2022). Luca und sein Team (Nicoletta und Erika) waren sehr hilfsbereit und waren stets bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank auch für den warmen Empfang und den reibungslosen Check-In!

Super Lage

Schönes Häuschen. Die Lage ist super, man hat seine Ruhe und kann entspannen. Man kann von dort aus auch gut Ausflüge machen. Kommunikation mit Luca und seinem Team klappt sehr gut.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus

Das gesamte Anwesen und das kleine Haus liegen sehr ruhig und von den anderen Gästen hat man sehr wenig mitbekommen. Luca und Nicoletta haben uns ganz toll umsorgt und waren immer erreichbar. Leider hatten wir ein kleines Ameisenproblem, was wir aber mit Hausmitteln einschränken konnten. Ein größeres Problem waren für uns aber die zwei großen Huckel im Kiesweg zum Anwesen. Hier hätten wir definitiv vorher die Info gebraucht, dass ein Auto dafür geeignet sein muss. Leider haben wir so immer aufgesetzt und die Kunststoffverkleidung unter dem Auto beschädigt. Dass Luca und Nicoletta uns dabei nicht weiterhelfen konnten, war natürlich klar. Eine Info vorab wäre aber hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem und würden bestimmt irgendwann gerne wiederkommen - mit einem anderen Auto :)

Absolut perfekt

Unbeschreiblich, die Lage, das niedliche Haus, die Toskana, alles wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Lage ist recht abgeschieden, es sind ca 1,7km über einen Holperweg bis zum Haus, aber dort hat man dann auch Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Haus besitzt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, schönes Badezimmer und nur italienisches Fernsehen und kein wlan. Also alles, was man zum entspannen zu zweit braucht. Wir sind in knapp 14Tagen ca 2.000km gefahren, jeden Tag eine andere Sehenswürdigkeit in der Toskana besichtigt, die Entfernungen lassen sich nicht wegreden, aber trotzdem war jeder Tag wundervoll.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant cottage, très bien rénové, avec une magnifique vue en prime. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Sienne et les jolis villages du Val d’Orcia. Nous avons testé plusieurs restaurants cités dans le carnet d'accueil du gîte et ils étaient tous excellents. L'accueil était parfait! Merci à Luca et Nicoletta qui sont vraiment à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers. C’est une adresse à recommander.

Traumhafte Tage

Wir haben vier wundervolle Tage im kleinen Häuschen mit dem traumhaften Blick erlebt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders toll war, dass wir mit frischer Brot, Eiern, Milch,… überrascht wurden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Das komplette Anwesen, inklusive Pool, ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht rundum sowie die Ruhe unbeschreiblich. Wir würden so gerne noch einmal wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Luca und sein Team.

Merveilleuses vacances

Un endroit plein de charme, une propriété magnifique. L'emplacement permet des visites aussi bien dans les terres qu'en bord de mer, ce qui a été parfait pour mes vacances avec mon fils. Et l'accueil a été parfait. Merci à eux.

Wonderful Place

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im schönen, ruhig gelegenen Cottage. Die gesamte Anlage liegt auf einem Berg. Schon die Anfahrt ist ein Genuss für die Augen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit liebevoll zusammengestellter Erstausstattung ( Olivenöl, Brot und Kaffee, etc) umsorgt. Besonders nett fanden wir die persönlichen Empfehlungen ( Restaurants, Weinprobe) des Gastgebers, die auch gleichzeitig seitens des Personals organisiert wurden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist perfekt für 2 Personen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Man fährt einen ca. 1,5 km langen Schotterweg hinauf auf ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und man hat daher wirklich seine Ruhe. Der Pool ist "um die Ecke" und er ist wunderschön. Wir waren fast die ganze Zeit alleine am Pool. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir wurden herzlich von Nicoletta und Luca begrüßt und verabschiedet!

Un cadre idéal !

Nous cherchions un logement dans une ferme agritourisme, un peu perdue dans la campagne pour aussi pouvoir profiter du ciel étoilé la nuit, tout en étant à proximité relative de la côte et de Sienne ainsi que les proncipales villes du Val d'Orcia. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. En fait, le logement nous a semblé même mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. L'accueil fait par Nicoletta dans un premier temps, puis Luca ensuite, a été fantastique. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir ici pour de prochaines vacances, notre sejour ici a été memorable en tout points !
