Beautiful home on a beautiful estate

You couldn’t find an ugly view - even if you tried. The house had everything you could need, and the family were incredible hosts.

Bellissimo!

Luca is a brilliant host and we loved our short stay at Civitella Paganico! The location is perfect for a remote getaway and is a very short drive away to Paganico centre with easy access to the stunning coastline 40 minutes away.

Peaceful and authentic Tuscany

This property was beautifully clean and quite spacious for the two of us. We used it as a homebase to explore the area and we really like an authentic experience. The restaurants in the local town were excellent. The communication with the property owner was always very prompt and helpful.

Perfection in Tuscany

Our stay on the estate was exactly what I dreamed it would be - I felt submerged in the countryside of Tuscany- Luca was the perfect, responsive host - the welcome basket was so kind- unexpected ! The cookies were amazing!!!The apartment spoiled us! Nothing else we stayed in- on our 16 journey through Italy compared - thank you Luca.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa and Setting

We stayed at Luca’s villa for eight days with our two teenage children. It was very relaxing and we had use of the pool throughout our stay, which was very welcome in the heat. Luca couldn’t have been more helpful with booking restaurants, information about places to visit, arranging wine tasting etc. The villa was very comfortable and clean with excellent housekeeping service and the setting in the hills was stunning. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a stay in Tuscany.

Everything was perfekt!

Very functional and clean apartment with the best kitchen we have ever had. Very friendly and hospitable. We were really touched about the gifts in the apartment (oil, bread, Salt, coffee…). Beautiful property with comfortable and cosy opportunities to relax. Many Thanks Luca!

Relaxing family holiday

This was the perfect relaxing stay after touring Italy. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and well equipped. Our family of four particularly enjoyed the pool, with great views over the surrounding countryside, enough shade and rustic tables under the trees for lunches. The nearest town and supermarket is an easy ten minute drive. Luca and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. A big thumbs up from the Innes family!

Perfetto

My family and I stayed at the apartments for 4 days. The accomodation was perfect for us and the host Luca and housekeeper Nicoletta made us feel very welcome. The grocery essentials provided was a nice touch and the apartment had everything we needed, including the comfortable beds. The swimming pool was a relaxing way to cool off at the end of a warm tuscan day. This property is stunningly beautiful and we would love to return someday.

A beautiful and relaxing stay!

We spent our one week honeymoon at Casa Chiesa and we had the most perfect time there. The house with its outdoor area and the pool is ideal for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the Italian way of life. The communication with Luca and the housekeeper Nicoletta was so easy and they made sure to fulfill all of our wishes. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. Especially the kitchen was really nice and we even got a couple gifts to try (fresh olive oil, milk, butter, bread and coffee). We absolutely had a wonderful time at this place and we recommend it 10/10!!!

Peaceful retreat

Casa Chiesa at Monteverdi was just the relaxing spot we needed with the history and charm we were looking for. Our apartment had all the comforts you would expect. The location was the perfect, driving distance between Rome and Florence. We wish we had stayed longer to learn more about the place. Luca and Nicoletta were attentive, taking very good care of us. Thank you! We will definitely return.

Relaxing and Beautiful Stay in Tuscany

From arrival to departure this property is amazing. We were greeted warmly by the staff and given a tour of the property and even found the kitchen stocked with a few essentials for our stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious with incredible views of the surrounding area. The swimming pool which is just steps from the apartment was large, well maintained and we used it every day during our time there. Both the staff and Luca were very helpful in providing area recommendations and also helped schedule some wine tastings at near by vineyards. The location of the property makes it a short drive to just about everything in Tuscany which made day trips easy. Before we left we were already talking about when we could find time to come back next.

Fabulous location, outstanding host!

Our first visit to Tuscany has been outstanding, with our choice of Casa Chiesa playing a key part in this. The property is full of character and was extremely well equipped with everything we needed during our holiday. The setting and views are beautiful, with a range of restaurants within a 30minute drive. A car is essential to make the most of the location, with Siena, Montalcino and several beaches all easily reached. Taking the train from Grosseto made a day trip to Rome possible too. Luca was an amazing host, offering lots of useful information for dining out, and making the most of the area. Luca responded quickly to any queries we had, and a comprehensive information pack was sent out when our booking was made, which helped us to plan for our holiday as we were unfamiliar with the area. Thank you so much Luca for an amazing stay and for your attentiveness to us as guests. I hope we shall return to Casa Chiesa again before too long.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Monte Verdi. Luca und Nicoletta haben sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Wir wurden außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent begrüßt. Wir konnten bei Fragen oder auch Problemen immer Luca selbst oder seine freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft und großer schöner Pool Auffahrt nur im ersten Gang da viele Schlaglöcher Paganico ist auch sehr sehenswert. Dort mittelgroßer VOOP. Nächster großer Supermarkt in Grosseto. Siena, Strand jeweils ca 45 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Very nice apartment and fantastic location

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf dem Anwesen von Luca in der Toskana. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Sowohl Luca und seine Familie, als auch die Haushälterin Nicoletta tun alles dafür, damit man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We had a wonderful stay at Luca's property in Tuscany. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. Luca and his family, as well as the housekeeper Nicoletta, do everything to make you feel comfortable as a guest. We would love to come back.

Piękne miejsce w sercu Toskanii

Spędziliśmy w tym uroczym miejscu 4 dni. Zakwaterowanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie:) Miłą niespodzianką był pakiet powitalny, a mieszkanie było gustownie urządzone i wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Piękne widoki, cisza, spokój i basen na ochłodę;) Chętnie tu wrócimy!
