Welcome to our stunning Mallorcan villa, nestled in one of the island's most enchanting spots overlooking the renowned Stone Gate Es Pontas. Just 800 feet (250 meters) to a pristine sandy beach (see the attached photo with the road map). Another option to swim is a hidden rock cove by the house just steps away with a stair from the back house entrance (unforgettable experience when the sea is calm). Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the open sea and Es Pontas from our spacious second-floor wooden terrace, accessible directly from the master bedroom. Modern, fully equipped, and offering free high-speed Wi-Fi, it's the perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty.

We had a fantastic family vacation in Mallorca! The home was perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, and the views from the property were absolutely breathtaking. It offered the perfect mix of comfort and scenic beauty. The owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even smoother. We truly had a wonderful time and would love to come back again!

This house is absolutely amazing!! The pictures didn’t do it justice. It has the most beautiful views and it is soo close to the beach! My family and I stayed there and we loved it. Mikhail was very responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze, highly recommend!!

Amazing

I would like to thank Mikhail and Natasha for the kindness that they have shown before and during our stay at this beautiful home, Mikhail was so helpful with recommending places to enjoy The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to a restaurant, market and beach spectacular views house has everything you need so comfortable my nieces and I enjoyed our days especially mornings taking a dip in the ocean We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca

Incredible Views & Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at Cala Llombards and can’t say enough about the views from the upper and lower decks. The pictures only begin to capture the views of the cliffs and Mediterranean. The neighborhood, path to the beach, and the space in the house were all appreciated. Our flight was cancelled on the way to the island and Mikhail went out of his way to help us and opened the house as soon as we arrived. We would love to return!!!

Unbelievable Location- Amazing House!

If you want to experience something aside from the business of Palma, I cannot recommend Cala Lombard and this house enough. We walked to what was basically our own private beach in the AM and took a swim every morning before the beach filled up. Nearby Santanyí is also incredible to visit. We absolutely loved this house! Mikhail and Natasha had excellent communication even when VRBO was awful and had a technical issue making my second payment impossible. Mikhail was very flexible even if VRBO was not.

Wonderful Villa with Amazing Views

This is a wonderful villa with amazing views. The pictures don't do the views justice. The upstairs terrace is an amazing spot to sit in the sun and look at the amazing views of the sea and coast. The downstairs patio is a perfect spot for an al fresco meal. The bedrooms have great air conditioning. The kitchen is very good. The location is great - a very short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to some local restaurants and a short drive (10-15 minutes) to a number of other restaurants and grocery stores. There are wonderful coves you can hike to nearby. The owner is great - highly communicative with great recommendations for meals and adventures. Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommended.

Ein wunderschöner Blick ist nicht Alles

Angaben des Vermieters: Schöner Strand in wenigen Schritten 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem der besten Sandstrände Europas. Direkter Zugang zum gemütlichen "Rock" Strand. Ausstattung: Kanu, Kajak Barrierefrei Ausstattung:Boot Alle unwahr. Tatsächlich liegt das Haus auf einer Klippe ca. 40 m über dem Meer Tatsächlich ist der Strand auf normalen Wegen- die auch für normale Fußgänger geeignet sind ca. 30 -45 Minuten entfernt, da das Grundstück welches zwischen Strand und Haus liegt sehr groß ist und nicht befahren oder begangen werden darf. Sieh Lageplan. Ausnahme, man gehört zu den Gemsen und kann auf kaum befestigten und nicht öffentlichen, in die Klippen hineingehauene 280 Stufen an der Steinkilippe entlang zum Strand manövireren. Wobei ich die Strecke einer kaftanstrenung bedarf, nur von schwindelfreien Menschen und nicht mit Kleinkindern oder älteren Menschen begangen werden kann und darf. Wegezeit 25 Minuten. Geländer , wenn überhaupt vorhanden ist eine lose durchhängender Wasserschlauch zwischen Pfosten. Bei einem Schwindel oder Stolpern stürzt man fast mit Sicherheit unter dem Schlauch durch in die Felsen ab. Der „direkte Zugang zum gemütlichen "Rock" Strand“ ist nur für erfahrene Gemsen, keinesfalls für normale Menschen benutzbar. Lebensgefährlich. Ein Rockstrand erwartet Sie unten nicht. Was ist ein Rockstrand??, im Duden nicht gefunden) sondern ein Stück Felsen, von dem sie bei ganz ruhigen Wasser ins Meer springen können, aber kaum wieder raus kommen. Siehe Foto

Great villa with stunning sea views

My and my partner spent 3 weeks at Mikhail’s place in August. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped so you really feel like at home. We were having lunches and dinners on both of terraces and the views were just remarkable. Mikhail is a great host and really responsive if you need anything. Beautiful beach with turquoise waters - Calla Llombards is just a few minutes walk away so you can easily go for a swim and come back to relax on your own terrace. It’s a Perfect place if you want a quiet and chilled holidays by the sea.

Superbe vue

Maison très agréable, superbe vue avec toit terrasse en teck aménagé en première ligne.. Vraiment magnifique. Maison équipée et récente. Il y a besoin d une voiture pour aller dans le centre ville.

Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber...die Terrassen ein Traum! Die Ausstattung der Küche perfekt. Der Vermieter stand trotz Abwesenheit in den USA im Bedarfsfall immer mit uns in Verbindung. Zwei kleine Mankos: - der "direkte Zugang zum Meer" ist sehr beschwerlich und für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet - Leider gibt es keine Insektenschutzgitter, so dass die Mücken freien Zugang haben

Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning views from two spacious balconies overlooking the sea and a quiet, peaceful location make it hard to ever leave the villa. The property is equipped with all you need to be comfortable staying there, and so close to multiple beaches and seaside towns to explore. Everyone in our family of five (kids aged 11, 17 and 19) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic! Amazing views, beautiful, modern home.

We stayed for 1 week and are a family of 6 with 4 kids. Ages 9-16. All loved the house, the stunning views, climbing the rocks, walking to the beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. The house is modern, very well kept. Excellent condition.The owner very helpful! You do need a car.

My wife just fell in love with this wonderful villa.

The holiday was a dream! My wife just fell in love with the wonderful villa. The view and the whole equipment is just amazing. We could celebrate a wonderful 30th Birthday. Fresh flowers and champagne surprised us in the living room. We can highly recommend this Villa.

Fantastischer Weitblick auf das Meer

Frisch renovierte Villa mit moderner Haustechnik. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Betreuung vor Ort durch junges Paar (jeweils englisch). Ort im März noch sehr verschlafen. Für den der es etwas ruhiger mag ein Traum. Der Blick - insbesondere von der Dachterrasse - ist unfassbar. Wir kommen wieder.
