The house is surrounded on two sides by a terrace sheltered by an awning and a veranda with a panoramic view of the Apuan Alps, where there is a small living area with sofas and a table, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The recently renovated house offers everything you could possibly need, from essential amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning to help you beat the summer heat, to those little luxuries that make a vacation truly enjoyable: such as the spacious hot tub where you can relax while watching TV, in a bathroom fully clad in the fine Pietra del Cardoso stone; or, for the younger guests—and others—there’s a small lounge with a sofa, a large-screen TV, and a PS4 console. The modern kitchen is well-stocked, and the mattresses in the bedrooms are state-of-the-art to ensure maximum comfort and a restful night’s sleep. The central and convenient location allows you to reach the beaches of Versilia or the historic center of Pietrasanta—home to many restaurants, bars, and art exhibitions—in just a few minutes. The nearby towns of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are also just a few minutes away. Upon request at the time of booking, a bicycle rental service is available, making it very convenient to get around the entire area by taking advantage of the bike paths and avoiding parking and traffic problems.

Pool heating is available upon request at a cost of 30 euros per day.
