LOCATION
The Luxury and Chic rental Villa is nestled on the hills opposite Lake Garda near Lazise and offers beautiful panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. The villa is part of a vast estate planted with vineyards and olive trees producing extra virgin olive oil and wine. Just a short distance away, the ancient medieval town of Lazise.

VILLA
The furnishings in the villa are of excellent quality and consist of both antique pieces and modern design furniture creating an elegant italian style atmosphere where ambience and evocations permeate every moment of the day and each small detail.

The first floor is composed by 4 large indipendent suites, called “Vite”, “Olivo,” “Noce” and “Melograno'. They all have private bathrooms and can host a maximum of 14 guests.

The ground floor hosts a large but cozy dining area, a big kitchen equipped with all the latest comforts, a living room with a wonderful view of the lake and a studio where you can relax after enjoying your day.

The terrace, which is covered by a large pergola, is supplied with tables and chairs for eating “al fresco” and offers beautiful views of the lake.
A large tree-lined area on the left-hand side of the villa contains a barbecue and cool areas where guests can relax.

AMENITIES
The Villa is equipped with satellite TV in every bedroom as well as in the main living room, Wi-fi internet inside and outside the Villa, elevator/lift, washing machine, drier and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with ice-maker, automatic espresso machine.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB
The swimming pool area offers a beautiful view of the lake and countryside, and is equipped with elegant, modern sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
A covered area beside the pool features a hot tub that is always heated. There is also a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool on summer days.

AIR-CONDITION AND HEATING
All the rooms are equipped with Air Condition adjustable in each room and central heating.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra fee.

We are able to arrange all the services that you would find in a private home run by professional staff.

SURROUNDING AREA
The Villa is located in a perfect position to quickly reach places of culture, history and entertainment.
Dante, Virgilio, Catullo and many other poets have proclaimed the virtues of Lake Garda area that has both Mediterranean and Alpine landscapes.
Verona, famous for lovers Romeo and Juliet is reachable in 30 minutes by car. It is a place rich of art, history, food culture and it is also well suitable for shopping and entertainment. Its Roman theatre Arena di Verona offers an incomparable atmosphere when hosts famous Opera and international musicians during the summer season.
Venice, Milan and the Dolomites can be easily reached just in an hour by car or train.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR GOLFERS
Around Lake Garda there are various golf clubs highly rated for the quality of their courses and modern club house facilities. Lying in green oases on gentle hilly slopes, the Garda golf courses offer facilities for expert players and beginners wishing to discover the pleasure of this sport.

Lake Garda paradise

Beautiful property, the authentic “Italian Villa” experience. Lorenzo and his assistant Valentina were always on hand to assist with dining advice and taxis and any other enquiries. We all enjoyed our stay… the perfect way to start a European holiday after a long flight from Australia

AMAZING! - Thank you Lorenzo for a perfect vacation! The house was exactly as promised, Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and helpful. We booked dinner with the private Chef that was really good and scheduled wine tasting with Lorenzo that was great and highly recommended. Over all, We had a great time, loved it!!!

Family reunion

The property was as described, beautiful grounds, amazing swimming pool and fabulous views of the lake. Overall we were extremely happy with the villa and its amenities. Lorenzo was the perfect host, always friendly and helpful, and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall we would recommend this property for a large group and caters well for all ages.

Wonderful experience

This is our second time at the Villa Costasanti. Both times has been a great experience. Its a tidy and clean house, with good facilities for homecooking etc. The location and view from the house adds to the pleasant stay. Especially the garden and pool is marvellous! We are very satisfied with everything from start to finish!

Beautiful villa with pool in Lazise, Italy

My family and I had an amazing week at this absolutely beautiful villa. The house is well appointed and has everything one needs, from kitchen gear , to pool towels. Lorenzo and Valentina couldn’t have been more helpful in all my requests. Two of our evenings they helped organize a private chef (Igor) who cooked amazing dishes for us. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing football (soccer) on the beautiful lawn. Thank you for a special week!

A Dream Vacation Come True!

We vacationed there with our three daughters and their significant others and we all had the most amazing time at the villa! The property is stunning, the Villa is spectacular and spacious. We were all together and yet we each had our own space. The villa is a 5 minute bike ride to Lazise. Lorenzo was always there to help us. He organized electric bikes, taxis and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this property and Lorenzo! We can't wait to come back again! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Fabulous Villa

We recently spent two weeks at this villa. I have nothing but positive comments about this property. Here are my thoughts and reflections: LOCATION - Fantastic - short drive (ride) to Lazise with wonderful views of the lake SPACE - Tons of private and shared space in this Villa. Lorenzo and Valentina helped us arrange for a yoga class for 8 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each suite had a beautiful bathroom and sitting room. EQUIPPED - the best-equipped property we have ever rented. The kitchen was outfitted with great cookware, Nespresso machine, a milk frother, tons of quality glassware and place settings. HOT TUB and POOL - both were fantastic HOST and PROPERTY MANAGER - Lorenzo and Valentina we very responsive and helpful. IMMACULATE - the property is well-maintained and immaculately clean. I highly recommend this property if if fits your needs.

Wonderful

This wonderful villa met all our expectations and more. It is an impressive and expansive villa situated in a beautiful property consisting of grape vines and olive trees. It can easily accommodate 2-3 families or an extended family. We were lucky enough to have the property to ourselves (2 adults and 3 children aged, 7, 5 and 2). The children immediately made themselves at home, exploring the house, grounds and making use of the beautiful swimming pool. The villa and very tastefully decorated, yet comfortable and homely. It has a wonderful kitchen and roomy dining areas. It is extremely well maintained and the owner Lorenzo, we a wonderful host, meeting all our requests including organising (picking up from a nearby town and delivering!) the baking of a beautiful millefeullie birthday cake for my daughter's 7th birthday. It is a 5 minute drive to Lazise on Lake Garda. The location was wonderful to not only explore Lake Garda and the numerous restaurants (recommendations provided by Lorenzo) and towns lining its shores (as well as Garda Land and Sealife), but also provided a good base to make day trips to Verona, Milan, Venice, Modena, Maranello (of course), Mantova, Vicenza, Piacenza, Bergamo and surrounds. We would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Costasanti to anyone looking for luxury villa accommodation. And we travelled from Perth, Australia!

Heaven

It's hard to put into words what a wonderful experience my family and I shared at Villa Costasanti. We are a 3-generation family who love to travel together. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to spend a week of swimming, touring, cooking and hanging out together. The excellent location of the Villa affords many opportunities for day trips - Venice, Parma, Modena - to name a few. The neighboring towns (Lazise, Bardolino, and so many more) are delightful to visit - each offering fabulous views of Lake Garda as well as picture-perfect castles and ramparts. But most special is the villa itself. Its roomy, well-appointed spaces provide a very high level of comfort. The eat-in kitchen provides a place to gather for 3 generations of cooks. The enormous garden provides every kind of tomato known to man plus many other vegetables and herbs that make every dinner even more special. The gorgeous pool is the perfect place to refresh and play. The huge table on the veranda makes every meal memorable, with its views of the countryside and Lake Garda. And for those who enjoy cooking - or just stocking the villa with basics, there's a nearby supermarket (the Grand Affi) as well as a smaller but more than adequate grocery store in Lazise. Finally, Lorenzo is the perfect host - so helpful when we needed him, so generous with his property. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a vacation that will live on and on in your memories - Villa Costasanti is the place for you.

Better than we could have imagined.

First, the photos and description are more than fair and accurate. We arrived expecting to be a little disappointed and were pleasantly surprised! The villa is beautifully done and very modern and comfortable. Kitchen was amazing, and the two sitting rooms provided ample space for our large group of 4 families. Three of the 4 rooms are really suites so I would consider the place to have 7 bedrooms. The grounds are lovely, too. All the children loved exploring the land! Nothing like walking out in the morning with an espresso to enjoy a view of Lake Garda while your children play outside in the fresh air. As for location, you are a long walk or short drive to charming Lazise, a small, picturesque medieval town on Lake Garda. There you will find plenty of casual restaurants, gellaterias, cafes, a bit of shopping, a great play area for children and nice places to walk around. In short, you don't need much more if you're not ambitious and just want to enjoy being in Italy. You can also drive to Sermione or Verona in well under an hour, and even as far as Venice in 90 minutes. Just a perfect location. Note that despite the fact that the property is stylish and impeccable, it was also fine with small children. Finally, I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Lorenzo. He was so helpful and friendly, was always available if needed and I know he could have answered any question or helped in any situation that could have come up. Cannot wait to return next year!

magnificent property

3 generations of our family stayed in Villa Costasanti for the most fabulous holiday ever! Lorenzo was incredibly attentive to all our needs and the villa had beautiful accommodations - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounging areas - inside and outside, not to mention the magnificent pool. If I could have given this place 10 stars instead of 5 - I would! What a wonderful place to return to after a day exploring the beautiful lakeside villages and countryside

Magnificent holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Costasanti. The villa and the complex are just perfect. Lorenzo as host has been very accommodating and helpful. The location, a little above Lazise, is fantastic and extremely quiet. There is no street noise or anything similar. I can only warmly recommend the villa. We will come again! Thank you Lorenzo!

Villa Costasanti

Our family of 8 plus three small children gathered at Villa Costasanti for the Christmas holidays. The villa is in lovely setting with a large garden for the children to run and play. Very comfortable bedrooms for everybody all ensuite. Large, well equipped kitchen (probably could use a 2nd dishwasher) for cooking and entertaining. Lazise, is a lovely town on the lake and a 20 min walk from the villa. Great views of the countryside and the lake and you can also rent bikes and ride to other towns via the lake. It was great in winter so it must be fabulous in Summer. For the children there is Gardaland (a theme park) a zoo, an aquarium very close by and a pool on the property. Lorenzo was so accommodating, pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Lorenzo.

Mega! "über Lazise" wie im Traum

Das Anwesend ist sensationell. Lorenzo der Gastgeber kümmert sich diskret und unauffällig um einfach ALLLES. In ca. 20 Min. ist man zu Fuß in Lazise im Trubel auf dem riesigen Anwesend herrscht Ruhe und der besten Erholung steht nichts im Wege... Wir waren drei Familien es war ein unglaublich toller Urlaub für uns alle. Die Teenager sind auch gerne mit dem Fahrrad losgezogen und haben das Getümmel für sich entdeckt. Danke Lorenzo!!! Thilo

Incredible Villa with the most awesome view

We have had a great stay at this beautiful villa. The days we have spent there were memorable to us and we are planning to come back next year. The house is well equiped and we enjoyed a daily "sundowner" at the pool with an awesome view over lake garda. Lorenzo was a great host and everything was just perfect. Thank you very much!

I worked for many years in the wine industry where I had the chance to meet fantastic people and see incredible places around the world.
Now I have the chance to welcome fantastic people at Villa Costasanti and share with them the beauty of the incredible places we have around Lake Garda and Verona.
Wine is still my passion and if you come to visit us we will toast together
with a nice bottle of Rosè produced in limited quantity in the vineyards around the property.
