Upon entering, you’ll find a compact and bright kitchen, well-equipped and featuring a window overlooking the building’s rear patio. At the entrance, there is a built-in closet perfect for storing cleaning supplies or luggage.

The living room, stylishly furnished with a sofa, armchair, dining table for four, and Smart TV, offers a cozy and functional space to relax.

A hallway leads to the first bedroom, which includes two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. Across the hall is a modern bathroom with a shower and glass screen. At the end of the corridor is the spacious master bedroom, featuring a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

Thanks to its interior-facing windows, the apartment is filled with natural light while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for rest.

Located on Calle Torre nº15, in the heart of the old town, the apartment is just a short walk from Cádiz’s main monuments, museums, markets, shops, and a wide variety of local bars and top-rated restaurants offering the best seafood and traditional tapas.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
