Villa Alegria do Sul is situated in an enviable location at the end of a cul de sac, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The villa is ideally located within walking distance of 10 stunning beaches, with Praia das Fontainhas being the most picturesque. The villa also benefits from being within walking distance of a supermarket and several restaurants. The village of Alporchinhos is a great choice for families with children, and is conveniently situated between Carvoeiro, Porches and Armacao de Pera.



Recently renovated in 2021, the villa retains its unique character and charm, with the interior of the domes being a particularly noteworthy feature. The furnishings have been thoughtfully chosen to complement the villa's ambiance. The pool is centrally located and measures 8 x 4 meters, with easy access via an internal staircase. The garden provides ample shade for outdoor dining and relaxation.



The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms plus 2 WC bathrooms. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a 2-seater sofa, 3-seater sofa and 3 chairs, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room and guest toilet. Bedrooms 1-4 are located on the ground floor, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are also available, with one being suitable for two children or one adult.



The first floor comprises bedroom 7, with a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading to a roof terrace with two sun loungers and seating for two. The terrace also benefits from a shade cloth, providing a perfect spot for some quiet time away from the rest of the group.



Outside, the villa offers private parking for up to 5 cars, a shaded garden, terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers and a pond. Note that as the pool is directly located on the terrace, it may not be suitable for young children, and we recommend the villa for children aged 6 years and above or those with a swimming diploma.



The villa comes equipped with a range of facilities, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi internet, TV, and air conditioning in six bedrooms (for a supplemented price). Additionally, beach towels, linen, and towels are all included in the rental price, as well as the use of gas, water, and electricity. Final cleaning is also included, with a refundable deposit of €450 required.



Distances to nearby attractions include 1.3 km to the beach by car or 1 km on foot, 500 meters to restaurants, 750 meters to the supermarket, and between 2.0 km and 11.2 km to nearby villages and towns. The Faro Airport is located 53 km away.
