Dear Karen Mills, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. While we're pleased to hear you found the villa nice, we're sorry your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your comments, as we’re always looking to improve. Regarding the mirrors in the bedrooms, we understand how that might have been inconvenient. However, we’d like to clarify that our listings don’t state mirrors are provided in all rooms, and this is also visible in the photos on the booking platforms. As for the low ceiling near the kitchen side door, we agree that better signage would be helpful. Although our team usually highlights this during check-in, we apologise if it wasn’t clear enough. About the plastic glasses for the pool, when this was mentioned, our team asked you to check the kitchen cupboards where they are usually stored. As we didn’t hear back, we assumed they had been found. We’re also sorry to hear that you didn’t feel fully supported by our team. Our staff welcomed you personally and provided a walkthrough of the house, including safety notes, but we regret if this didn’t come across as warm and helpful as intended. Thank you again for your feedback, both positive and constructive. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
