Private patio facing west for sunset viewing, includes 5 chairs and 2 tables for evening cocktails.

Full sized HE washer and dryer in unit. Includes. Stainless appliances, granite counters with all amenities of home.

King bed in master suite with a spacious walk-in closet, 2 full- sized beds in 2nd bedroom and full -sized sleeper sofa in living room allows the unit to sleep total of 8.

Dining table has seating up to 8 with an additional 3 bar stools for kitchen counter eating and working convenience.

65" flat screen cable TV with Blu-Ray in living room. Master has 32" smart flat screen TV and 2nd Bedroom has 32" smart flat screen TV also.

Building sits waterfront on the Intracoastal. Watch the sun rise and the dolphins play while drinking your morning coffee on the front communal covered porch. Sip wine and watch the sun go down on your back private deck off the master bedroom.

Swimming pool and deck are shared with the hotel next door. No additional fees to use. Beach access across the street. NO FISHING OFF BOAT DOCK OR POOL DECK. Plenty of free parking under the building. Luggage carts and shopping carts available.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

Dockside condo is a short walk to the beach, pier and many restaurants. Will definitely plan to return!

Clearwater beach 2023

The place was clean and spacious. Beautiful views from every window, and walking distance to the beach. Checking in and out was smooth. I would definitely stay again!

Great Clearwater Beach Condo

Location was perfect for us! Within a few blocks of favorite restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Short drive to Sand Key for a less crowded beach day. Wagon, chairs, cooler, toys and towels provided. Kitchen well stocked and living room comfortable. Morning coffee bayside and evening cocktails catching the sunset from the main bedroom balcony was amazing!

Wonderful place!

Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants, and activities. Beautiful views from both balconies. Unit was fully stocked with everything including extra pillows, bed linens, towels, beach items (we added a few more things). Kitchen had everything needed to cook a dinner in. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again!

Summer Camp Getaway

We chose this condo for its proximity to Clearwater Aquarium as our daughter was attending summer camp there. It was convenient, close to the cutest ice cream shop, and so comfortable. Very homey and roomy for the three of us.

This was our second year staying in this condo. It’s the perfect location. It has everything you need. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the early AM. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Great Location - Amazing Views

Condo was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to beach items to use. The location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and activities. We did not have a vehicle for the week and didn't need it. Property owner was great to work with, we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the location along with all other amenities of the condo. Plenty of sand toys to keep my teenage youth and myself busy on the beech. Literally everything that we could have needed was in the condo. Thanks!

Exactly as pictured, great location

The space and location was perfect for my family (my husband and I, travelling with three teenage girls). It was lovely to have a place to retreat to, a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities during our stay. Best ice cream in Clearwater Beach (ice & cream) right across the street. The weather was not great while we were there - coldest stretch in two decades - but we made use of the heated pool almost every day. We had one great beach day, a good day in Orlando, a good shopping day in Tampa Bay. If you go, make the trip to Honeymoon Island state park and even take the ferry to Caledesi Island... spectacular beaches.

Spacious 2 bedroom right across from gulf w amazing views of bay

Loved the two bedroom condo conveniently located across the street from the beach . Both sides of the condo have amazing views . Very modern and spacious . The only drawback was the construction across the street . The Jack hammers start going off at 730 am . However it wiener too loud as long as you are Inside the condo .The owner was great he reasonded quickly to any questions . I would stay here again .

Absolutely beautiful property

The pictures and descriptions don't do this property justice. We were extremely happy with this condo as it had everything we could imagine needing. From the large bedrooms, appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and comfy furniture to the two balconies with gorgeous views this unit has it all. Not to mention the three large flat screen tv's. Check in and communication was flawless and easy. We had stayed at this property previously but not in this particular unit. The area is located conveniently within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and of course the beach. We will be returning to this beautiful condo.

Great price, great views, great location

The property was just what my family of six needed. There was ample sleeping room, and plenty of space for everyone to move around. The views were excellent from both balconies. Its location, near the southern end of the beach, was also perfect as a starting point for our daily activies, with restaurants, bars, ice cream, and shopping very nearby. The price was also right considering the units I researched nearer to pier 60 were around the same price, or higher, for much less square footage. Everything we did at Clearwater Beach was in such easy walking distance we knew we had made the right decision not paying more for less. Very highly recommended!

Perfect location at Clearwater Beach!

Our family of four had a great time in Clearwater Beach. The condo was clean and had views of the Gulf and the inland waterways. We had everything we needed: Towels, dishes, glassware, beach items, board games, internet, coffee maker, and comfort. We only had to use our car once as everything else was within walking distance. I suggest Gondolier Pizza as a truly family friendly restaurant for breakfast and pizza. There are plenty of other places to discover as well! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. To top it off, the owners were incredibly responsive and made everything super easy! We will be back!

Awesome views, centrally located

We spent New Years week at Darcey's condo, which is very well furnished and equipped as other reviewers have noted. The views of the front walk and the back balcony are fantastic; we saw dolphins swimming in the bayside inlet one morning while eating breakfast. The location is very central to the action, being right off the main street down from the beach, so it is not silent at night, but all in all it wasn't out of control. It was a very short walk to the beach, touristy restaurants, and a small grocery. A car/Uber would be needed to get to a supermarket or the local pharmacy--we had a car rental that we barely used while we were there. The kitchen had everything to get us started, there was a pack-n-play and tons of beach toys, and a TV in every room. Highly recommended for a Clearwater Beach vacation!

Great place in Clearwater Beach

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Great location, close to beach, shops & restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. It’s much bigger than it looks in photos, plenty of space for everyone.

Enjoyed with some issues

The property itself is very nice and in an excellent location. There was a "new owner" of the property that took over a few days before we arrived on our trip. We had a few issues that needed to be resolved and the owner did resolve the issues in a relatively timely manner. We let him know about a few things that he should have fixed after we departed, so hopefully they were done for the next group to rent the property. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay in a very nice property in an excellent location.

Nicely decorated beach condo

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Clearwater and it has changed a lot. This place is clean and just big enough. It had everything we needed for the beach and lots of room for kids to play. This place has towels for beach and bath, beach chairs, curtesy of our kids two noodles, a cooler and a cart to pull these things to the beach. Be sure to put your parking sticker immediately on your car. We were towed 50 minutes after our arrival on a Saturday night. I would not stay in this building again due to this parking policy from the building managers and condo owners association! Stroll to the beach in about 5 minutes navigating some lights.
