Luxurious Waterfront Harborview Grande condo in Clearwater Beach.

Brand new, very spacious, elegant, condo in heart of Clearwater Beach with breathtaking balcony view overlooking the water.


This three bedroom (1 king, 2 queen), two bath condo is located in the desirable Harborview Grande Condo building. Newly built in 2006, it offers over 1800 square feet of space with a full width balcony opening (400sq. ft) into the master bedroom and living room offering breathtaking views out over the intra-coastal waterway towards downtown Clearwater. Walking distance to the white sands of Clearwater Beach and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, bars/nightclubs, Pier 60 and the marina. I went to great lengths to make this condo a warm elegant home away from home. Since it is a recently built condo, everything looks brand new. My favorite part of the condo is waking up and watching the sunrise from the bed and watching the family of dolphins who I have seen daily playfully swimming below the balcony. Yes, this means that you can clearly watch a family of dolphins from the comfort of your own balcony. I sincerely hope that you will fall in love with this condo as I have!!

This unit features beautiful furniture in dark tones with warm accent colors in the carpets and drapes. Ten foot high ceilings. The master bath has a separate walk-in shower and large tub. The living room has a large flat screen TV. All three bedrooms have a flat screen TV. There are also 2 BLU RAY players installed and 2 DVD players. The Local phone service is provided along with free internet access. The Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops and there are stainless steel appliances and warm wood cabinetry. Dishes, cookware and glasses are provided along with linens towels, and beach chairs.

Property is in heart of Clearwater Beach which was been voted among the top five beaches in the country. Walk across the street to the white sands of Clearwater beach and the lively pier adorned with daily street performers, street vendors, restaurants, and shops lining the oceanfront. Directly across from a beachside restaurant that features nightly live music Restaurants, shopping, all water activities, including fishing from the pier, dolphin watching, dinner cruises, casino cruises, pirate ship cruising, jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing and deep sea fishing, are within a short walking distance from the condo. Miniature golf is across the street. A lively festival on Pier 60 is held every Thursday-Monday evening! You can watch jugglers, magicians, musicians. View (and buy) gifts from artists and crafts people. A casino cruise leaves Clearwater Beach twice daily.

Pool is heated November through March.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 27 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. Like all vacation destinations, there are climate events that can dampen a trip. If you book in the summer or fall, we are in hurricane and red tide season and there is always a risk that your trip will be affected. Absent the county or State closing the beaches, it is your responsibility to insure your trip. We hope you will have a great stay, but we provide no guarantees that the weather will cooperate or there will not be some other local event that dampens your trip. On a positive note, our building, Harborview Grande, was built to code with hurricane windows and sliding glass doors. You should feel confident that our building can withstand hurricane force winds so long as you close the windows and doors during the storm. All we ask is that if a storm is approaching, to bring in the patio furniture, so that it they don't thrash in the wind and potentially compromise the hurricane glass.

Loved our stay!

This property was amazing! It was in an awesome location; we didn't need to rent a car because everything was in walking distance. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The pool was nice, but it was great being so close to the beach too. We'll definitely be back!

Great place and location

The place was clean and in a great location. Comfortable sitting inside or out on the balcony. The beds were squeaky and the pillows were probably made in the 80ā€™s along with the mattress. Parking was easy and I liked that it was included. Access to the condo was super easy.

Clearwater beach is my favorite place to go. Been coming here for 40 years. The host was was very accommodating. The only thing I have a bad back and master bed mattress was not very comfortable, but everything else was wonderful. I have already booked this condo for next year.

Stunning view

This place is in an unbeatable location with breathtaking views. We stayed here for 10 weeks during August and September, and thanks to the way the balconies are designed, we were able to relax outside most afternoons and enjoy a refreshing breeze. If youā€™re familiar with this area, you know how unbearably hot it usually is at that time of year, making outdoor time almost impossibleā€”but here, it was a welcome escape. It is also spacious and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to any needs.

Amazing location and condo

Absolutely loved the area and Yamini was so wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and was always easy to communicate with. Would give a 10 plus rating if possible!! My husband and I travel alot and have never dealt with any one as caring and considerate as Yamini. The condo was spacious and well equipped. There was nothing we lacked. Condo Views are Amazing

My husband and I felt at home in this condo. The master bedroom with views of the waterway and master bathroom is larger than most hotel rooms. The leather furniture in the living room is comfy and the smart tv was easy to use and catch up on our shows using our own apps. We saw dolphins from our balcony almost daily and even a manatee. You can see for miles from the balcony. We really enjoyed our vacation and the location was perfect to go to the beach or drive to explore other areas. Yamini was very responsive both before and during our stay when I had questions. This is a great rental.

Excellent Vacation Property

Beautiful and clean condo with wonderful view. Yamani the host is very nice and responsive. Close to everything with trolley stop right in front and a few blocks to beach. Condo says it has 3 bedrooms. Looks like one room that may have been a den or office was turned into a bedroom. That room does not have a closet which was tough for a 3 week stay. I think it should be advertised to say there isn't a closet. Everything else was great! Thank you Yamani!

Most impressed with smart TVs in every bedroom. Don't find that too often but something my family needs. Host was very responsive. A previous guest had taken the hair dryer from the unit. I informed the host and it was replaced the next day. We also needed an extra blanket and the host had an extra blanket sent as well.

Great Place, Great Location!

We had a great time here and absolutely loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to messages. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to the point we couldnā€™t sleep on it.

So beyond happy!

This condo was everything and more! The beach is a very short walk away restaurants nearby so many shops. The only thing is the beds werenā€™t the comfiest but everything else was so perfect that didnā€™t even bother us. The condo was stocked with so many pool/ beach items including boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, and so much more. Had a fully stocked kitchen and easy check in and out process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The host was quick at responding as well!!!

Refreshed and relaxed!

This condo was a great choice as we took our college age kids and there was so much for them to do! We chose this location for that reason and the ability to walk to many attractions. This location is also nicely located for Johnā€™s Pass, Tampa, and Caledesi Island. The condo was super comfortable for our party of 6 and the best part is the awesome balcony! We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and many birds and dolphins. No complaints!! Thank you for a lovely vacation!! Best, The Ward family from Kansas

Nothing Short of Paradise

Location, location, location!!! Our one month stay at Yaminiā€™s wonderful home was amazing. Her spacious 5 th floor condo is in a meticulously maintained attractive building within a five minute walk to Clearwater Beach and superb restaurants. Her balcony overlooks the bay with the most amazing view. Wildlife abounds there everyday. We saw dolphins swimming on multiple days and so many different beautiful birds. The condo itself is very comfortable and you have plenty of room to spread out if you have guests. Our three grandchildren joined us for one week and had a blast. The marina is a short walk away. We went on a pirate ship and Little Toot which is a great dolphin tour. Thereā€™s so many neat parks in all directions and lots to explore like Honeymoon Island. The only challenge we encountered was leaving Clearwater and Yaminiā€™s home. If you love beautiful beaches, the ocean and amazing views as you eat breakfast or dinner donā€™t hesitate to book this condo. We know we will come back.

More than we were expecting

Yamini is incredibly easy to work with. The condo is everything is says and more. Amazing view, quick walk to the beach and we got to see dolphins playing a couple of days. We loved every minute and plan on going back and staying there again.

Not quite a 3 bedroom

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Yamini was easily accessible with any questions. My only issue was with what was considered the 3rd bedroom in the unit. It appeared to be an office with double glass doors that was advertised as the 3rd bedroom. It was a room with a bed but I would not consider it a true bedroom for anyone expecting any privacy. There were small blinds that only partially covered the windows to the room which was not sufficient for anyone trying to change clothes or have any privacy. If privacy in the 3rd bedroom is not a necessity then this was a clean unit, a 10 minute walk from the public beach, and had a beautiful balcony view for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

I went to great lengths to make this condo a warm elegant home away from home. Since it is a recently built condo, everything looks brand new. My favorite part of the condo is waking up and watching the sunrise from the bed and watching the family of dolphins who have seen numerous times playfully swimming below the balcony. I sincerely hope that you will fall in love with this condo as I have and thoroughly enjoy your stay!!!!
