Fantastic villa

Everything about the villa was superb from the cleanliness to the instructions. Well equipped and in a good location. The newly refurbished pool area was excellent. The villa host was always accessible and very helpful. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Amazing villa, everything you could need and a lovely eelcome pack on arrival. Wifi stopped working one day and was literally fixed within 2hrs. Tamara was a dream host to deal with and we would have no hesitation in staying again

An amazing property! We stayed for two weeks and had a lovely stay. Everything you need, inside the accommodation was lovely, beds very comfortable and plenty of room. Outside area was beautiful, lovely pool area which was cleaned every 5 days, plenty of chairs and loungers. We enjoyed a bbq one night.Great location, near a supermarket for lazy days in the villa. But also 20 mins walk to the sea front and all the bars and restaurants. We had a hire car so we could explore further, but local buses seemed reliable.Communication with Tamara was the best, checking in with us to make sure we had the best stay.I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa. Lots of thoughtful touches. Really close to all amenities in Playa Blanca . Communication with Tamara was excellent and we had a really enjoyable holiday

We stayed for 3 weeks at this fantastic villa plenty of room for all the family and the heated pool made our holiday. Its a 15m walk into town but taxis are cheap and plentiful . I would definitely recommend this villa for a great family holiday 👍

Family holiday

Great stay at this fantastic villa. Everything you need for a lovely family holiday this villa was equipped with it. The host Tamara was great with communication before getting to the villa. Communication during the stay was nice to see if we needed anything and everything was ok which we hadn’t had before. 20 minutes slow walk to the beach and restaurant was great. Definitely going to go back

A lovely Villa to relax in

We were 2 families with teenage sons so 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs with a communal area) was ideal! About a 20 min walk into town - very do able. Really great communication with host. All queries dealt with quickly. We felt very relaxed and really enjoyed! Thank you for our stay.

Good location

Very nice villa in a really quiet location, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach then a similar distance again left or right to marina rubicon or the centre. We got a taxi back each night which was never more than 4 euros. Overall a fantastic holiday, many thanks to Tamara and Rafael.

Fantastic stay, couldn't want for more

Tamara was a fabulous host. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. We couldn't have wanted for anything more. We hired a minibus as there was 9 of us but the main strip with bars and restaurants and the beach was definitely within walking distance. We have a wonderful week and hope to return. Thank you Tamara

Fantastic first time holiday in Playa Blanca

It was our first trip to Playa Blanca and we loved it. The villa was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. It’s located about a mile from the nearest local restaurants, but the walk home was welcome after a meal. We ate in a few evenings and we had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The communication from Tamara was fantastic. Over the 2 weeks we were there it felt like a home and we were very sad to leave. I would recommend a car for supermarket trips, but not necessary as there are plenty of taxis. We would love to stay again!

Nice Stay

We had a restful break staying at this villa. It is in a generally quiet location (Villa next door was being refurbed so occasional building noise) and only a short distance to the towns restaurants and shops. We had a few minor problems, all were resolved quickly and the communication with Tamara was fabulous throughout our stay. The villa has everything you could possibly need, with one caveat, and that is the Kitchen. It was just about OK for two people but I would expect catering for bigger groups would be a challenge. I would definitely recommend

Fabulous Holiday Stay

Firstly I can only praise Tamara the hostess who is simply the most accommodating and helpful person. No request was ever an issue with all the changes we encountered with flight changes then air line strike! She is amazing and a huge part in making our family holiday as perfect as it was. The villa is suitable for large group and never felt we encroached on each other - kids on lower floor with own tv area suited everyone. The pool is fabulous with kids definitely making the most of it and plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. The villa has everything you could possibly want from games to kids toys etc. The kitchen has all appliances from coffeemaker to blender and we had breakfast and lunch most days in the villa. A wide range of restaurants available within 15/20 min walk. We did not hire a car and walked to beach in 15 min and town in under 20min and taxis back never more than €4 and used local bus to go to other parts of the island. We all agreed it was a perfect and relaxing holiday and would highly recommend anyone to book and lastly would like to thank Tamara for hosting us x

Perfect break in the sun.

We were very lucky to be able to spend a month at Villa Marina in November. From initial booking to follow up chats when I got back to the UK, Tamara (the owner) was so helpful & friendly. She even checked in when we had a short power cut in the area to make sure we were OK. Along with Rafael who looks after the property locally, we were well looked after. The villa itself is perfect, with the outside space obviously the main attraction with a great pool and plenty of terrace/garden area to relax in. Inside, whilst there were only two of us, there are four great size bedrooms and plenty of dining and entertainment space. It’s also really well located in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. It’s an easy 20 minute walk into the centre of town and about the same to Marina Rubicon. So many choices either way for restaurants & bars. We had an amazing holiday and I would definitely love to return soon. We were made to feel so welcome and Villa Marina definitely exceeded my expectations. If you get the chance…go! :)

Excelente villa

Todo perfecto, no se puede decir de otra manera. Villa ideal para pasar unos días relajados, tranquilos, tal y como ha sido nuestro caso. Nos alojamos cuatro parejas y nos sentimos como en casa. Tanto la propietaria, como Rafael encargado de todos los detalles y el servicio de limpieza siempre atentos, cuidando de que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones como así ha sido.

Gemischte Erinnerungen

Eine Anreisebeschreibung gab es nicht. Wie soll man ein Haus finden ohne Adresse und Anfahrtbeschreibung= schlecht! Durch freundliche Unterstützung einer Bekannten unseres Poolreinigers Rafael wurden wir zum Haus geleitet. Wir hatten zwar 2 TV-Geräte aber es gab keine Bedienungsanleitungen um ein deutschsprachiges Programm zu empfangen. Auch unser Poolreiniger war nicht in der Lage deutsche Sender einzustellen. Fünf Wochen ohne TV ist ein erheblicher Qualitätsverlust. Das Haus ist in keiner Weise auf deutsche Urlauber ein- gestellt. Die Objektbeschreibung der Räume mit "Erdgeschoss" für Räumlichkeiten im Untergeschoss und im Erdgeschoss als Obergeschoss geht völlig an der Realität vorbei. Wer macht schon gerne Urlaub im "Keller" ohne einen einzigen Blick nach draussen??? Als wir ankammen war gerade Calima-Zeit = 3 Tage. Dafür kann niemand etwas. Aber dass der gesamte Außenbereich nicht von den Hinterlassenschaften des Sandsturmes nicht gereinigt wurde ist der Hausverwaltung anzulasten. Die Reinigung des Pools geschah nur auf Anforderung bei der deutschen Bekannten von Rafael per Handy. Die Dame war der einzige Pluspunkt, aber das ist nicht ihr Verdienst. Ich könnte noch mehr schreiben, mag aber nicht mehr. Fazit: Bei FeWo-direkt werde ich keinen Urlaub mehr buchen. Ich bitte auch mich zukünftig mit e-mails aller Art zu verschonen.

Great villa

We loved staying at this villa . It was in a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk to the Papagayo Centre, 15 minutes to the Centre and 30 to Marina Rubicon. Any minor problems were resolved quickly and the communication between us and the owner was fabulous throughout our stay. The villa has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend

Really lovely villa

The villa was clean and very well equipped, with lots of toys, kitchen equipment, towels etc. The hosts were friendly and communicated really well. Pool was lovely and the welcome pack was very much appreciated after a late flight. A great place for families.

Luxury in Lanzarote

On arrival Rafael was waiting to show us around, we found the Villa clean and welcoming. The Villa was in a quiet neighbourhood but not to far from the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The pool was lovely and cooling after a session on the many sunbeds, there was a nice BBQ area with plenty of seating. The inside of the villa is well presented with all the comforts of Home. Tamara kept in contact with us and was only a text away to answer any questions we had. We would have no hesitation recommending the villa to family and friends. Thanks Tamara and co for a great holiday in Lanzarote.

schönes Haus, großer Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool schön groß und beheizt. Wir haben uns gerne “zuhause“ aufgehalten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin nett und unkompliziert. Der Weg zum Strand/Promenade ist fußläufig möglich, aber nicht gerade um die Ecke.... Wir waren froh ein Auto gemietet zu haben.

Lovely villa and great owner

We've just returned from a two week stay with 4 adults and 4 children. The villa was really clean and well stocked, even including some supplies for our first morning as we arrived late which was really good. We hadn't appreciated that not all bedrooms had air conditioning, but Tamara provided two new and really quiet fans for the downstairs bedrooms which was great. Pool was a good size and cleaned twice while we were there. Tamara was great at keeping in touch with us and checking everything was ok, also really quick to respond to any queries.

An amazing place with fantastic hosts

We were so happy with Tamaras wonderful place, we will definitely be returning. The pool was lovely and warm, walking distance to everything, comfy beds and very peaceful location. Tamara and Raphael were the best hosts possible. Booking up for our next holiday very soon! Thank you! Xx

Netjes, schoon, van alles voorzien

Fijn huis. Geweldig geschikt voor 2 gezinnen. Zwembad kan tegen kleine vergoeding worden verwarmd tot 30 graden. Dat is een aanrader! Zeker in de minder hete maanden. Ligging is prima. Auto wel noodzakelijk. Service van eigenaresse uitstekend. Wij vonden de aparte eetkamer heel handig. Het huis heeft veel ruimte (2 woonkamers)

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein phantastischer Urlaub, angereist mit zwei Familien, sieben Personen haben wir im Haus viel Platz gehabt. Schlüsselübergabe durch Rafael und die weitere Betreuung vor Ort waren perfekt. Danke noch mal Rafael. Ein wirklich schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit netten Nachbarn. Highlight ist natürlich der beheizte Pool mit ca. 27°C auch was für Frostbeulen. Ein Mietauto ist Pflicht. Zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Bars und zum Strand geht es auch zu Fuß. Tamara, vielen Dank für alles und natürlich für den leckeren Wein.
