Beautiful 3 bedroom home located in The Preserve Gated Community within the Luxurious Dove Mountain, home of the new Ritz Carlton (day spa and pools can be used for a fee, please see their website for prices), PGA Accenture golf tournament, and world class golf courses.

This property backs onto a Preserve with amazing sunset views and close to fantastic walking and hiking trails.

Conveniently located to the I10, and less than 30 miles to Tucson Airport and 100 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor, all you will hear is birds and wildlife in this gorgeous neighborhood. Close to 4 1/2 golf courses and the amazing Ritz Carlton, where you can spend a day or few at their luxurious Spa (daily fee required - contact them for current pricing), when you are not golfing, hiking or biking!

The property is within walking distance to Dove Mountain Brewing, a lovely Italian Restaurant and a fabulous coffee shop and more! It's also a very short drive (2.2 miles) to a Fry's Marketplace and many more amenities.

With 3 beds (1 King and 2 Queens), 2 1/2 bath and a den with LazyBoy, this property will easily accommodate 6 people. Large, fully equipped, granite, kitchen, fully furnished. Smart TV hooked up to Roku, outside seating for 8 with grill and Chiminea. Custom tile and carpet. Double sinks in both bathrooms. Walk in shower and soaking tub in Master Bath.

Please note that this is a peaceful and well maintained residential community with Preserve trails and a small park with regulations regarding on street parking and is, therefore, not suitable for large gatherings.

Wonderful vacation home

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It offered us a very comfortable place to stay and close to our frequent Tucson/Oro Valley stops. If we had any questions or concerns, Charles and Louise were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this vacation rental home.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood that is very quiet. It is literally within a couple minutes of a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, etc., along with all the amenities of Dove Mountain.

Beautiful Home in a Peaceful Setting.

We enjoyed our one week stay in this very nice home. Very clean and spacious home in an upscale neighborhood... the owner Louise was very accommodating and highly responsive. Would highly recommend as there are lots of outdoor activities and sightseeing opportunities in close proximity to the house.

My adult daughter and I spent a week here in January as we cleaned out two storage units nearby. We were exhausted every evening and thoroughly enjoyed the hot showers and comfortable beds. Everything is clean and well-stocked including shampoo, hair dryer, and laundry detergent. Owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly to our few questions. Weather was cool in mornings and gorgeous the rest of the day. Only wished we had more leisure time to enjoy the beautiful Dove Mountain area!

Home away from Home

The property was located in the Preserve, a beautiful community of well-kept homes. We enjoyed seeing the sunsets, quail, and other birds from the back patio. The patio was located so it was in the shade and cooler than other parts of the yard.

Lovely home, so cozy, incredible desert backyard views. Sunsets and dinners outdoors are the best part of this home! But inside is well decorated, well stocked, and super comfortable. Neighborhood is super friendly (every single person whether on foot, bike, or car waves and says hello to others!)

Excellent location to rent for the winter months. Quiet neighborhood, gated community, excellent shopping nearby. Close to superb bike trails, several golf courses , and attractions of Tucson. Home is very comfortable , well appointed , and maintained.

Great stay outside Tucson

We stayed for three weeks in this house in February. It was very clean when we arrived, nicely decorated and with a sufficiently well-stocked kitchen, to make our extended stay comfortable. The layout of the house was very liveable with three baths, a washer and dryer and good TV options (better than home). The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The house is in a gated community at the base of Dove Mountain Road. It is easy to get onto I-10 to drive to the center of Tucson, and the Oro Valley is readily accessible. Groceries, shopping, golf courses and restaurants are nearby. The fenced backyard is private with a gas grill, covered patio and lovely plantings including cacti and a lemon tree with fresh lemons. The community is dense with houses all of which are very well kept with nice desert gardens along the street. We were particularly impressed by how immaculately this community is maintained. There are a number of community paths through the desert allowing you to choose to walk on the sidewalk or on trails linking the roads. Within a couple of miles there are extensive mountain trails as another walking option. The house was a very comfortable base for our stay whether we were indoors for the day or out in the car for an adventure.

Enjoyed this home in The Preserve of the Dove Mountain area. Particularly enjoyed the Preserve walking trail in the desert of the neighborhood. Good hiking in Tortolita Mtns just up the road. Owners very responsive.

Probably the nicest and most comfortable place we've stayed in (compared to 20 places in the past). Perfect for our situation, as we are not active in sightseeing,etc. Convenient for shopping, and restaurants, and even a YMCA that I used daily. Super friendly neighbor (Rob) who help us. My second stay here as good as the first!

Comfortable home in the Dove Mountain area. The owners go out of their way to make it just right for you...comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. Lovely patio and barbecue. Home was spotless with plenty of plush towels in the bathrooms. I had friends over for a Christmas eve dinner, and invited my son to drive down from Phoenix to stay for Christmas in one of the three bedrooms. It is just a lovely home and a bonus is the very quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable home is quite neighbor hood

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this beautifully equipped home. Lots of room to spread out and everything was in good working order and well stocked. The decor is also very nice and tasteful and the furniture VERY comfortable, which you don't always find with rentals. Easy to communicate with owners, who were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Will definitely be back since my dad recently moved to the area. Thanks for the great accommodations!!

Lovely, comfortable home...

Home was spotless on arrival and had everything I needed. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. The gated neighborhood feels safe and is close to restaurants and shopping. It is very quiet for sleeping...no traffic noise, no barking dogs. Bathrooms feature lots of fresh towels, wifi works well, and the owner responded promptly to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again! As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for my next stay in the Marana area...

Charles and Louise are originally from the UK and moved to the USA in 2008, becoming citizens in 2015. They currently live in Utah with their two teen daughters, two dogs and Luna the black fluffy cat.

They fell in love with Arizona back in 2007 on a visit and, whilst work keeps them in Utah currently, they see Arizona as their vacation and retirement home.
