This vacation rental home in Pinehurst is perfect for a group of golfers or a large family or families traveling together. Enjoy great room including renovated kitchen, a game room with pool table, screened in porch and outside deck in this over 3,400 square foot house. Wireless internet is provided.

Bed configuration: two queens, six doubles, four twins plus two pull out queen sofas with foam pads for comfort.

Outside, there is an over 500 square foot fully furnished and lighted deck with a gas grill. The landscaped grounds provide privacy and quiet surroundings.

Tastefully furnished and located just minutes from the center of the Village of Pinehurst, Torrey Pines is the perfect retreat for large groups of golfers (up to 14) or families. The 3-level floor plan combines convenient main level living which includes the great room and the kitchen and dining areas in an open setting with vaulted ceilings.

The living room features a new 75 inch TV with YouTube TV access and dual sofas. Just off the living room there is a screened in porch. The game room is also on the main level stocked with a pool table and television. The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom is a master suite with TV, two queen beds and sliding doors leading to the outside deck. The attached master bath has two sinks and a standup shower.

The second main level bedroom has two full size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. A main level laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use. The upstairs level contains a spacious bedroom with TV that has two full and two twin beds. The attached full bathroom has a standup shower.

The lower level accessed by stairs or elevator if needed offers increased privacy with TV, sitting room, and bedroom with two full beds and a large bathroom with standup shower. The sitting room features two twin beds along with two sofas contain pull-out full beds for any extra guests.

There is off-street parking available in a two-car garage and driveway. Please note that no pets or smoking is allowed to preserve the highest quality accommodations for our guests.

We also have a golf packaging company, Sandhills Golf Packages, to assist with your golf tee times if you would like.

Great house for a golf outing!

My group of 9 golfers recently stayed at 50 Torrey Pines for our annual golf outing weekend in Pinehurst. We had a great stay and this house was perfect! The house comfortably accommodated all of us, with beds for everyone and more than enough living spaces. The outdoor space is fantastic - we grilled each night and spent a lot of time on screened patio - perfect for a cigar and a beer after a long day of golf! The house was EXACTLY as it was described to us - we arrived to a clean house, everything was working properly, all the linens and towels were included, and the check in/out process was a piece of cake. The amenities that are important for a trip like this (great living room, HDTV, game room, outdoor space, grill) were all in great shape. The kitchen is a bit dated, but that didn't impact our trip at all, and we knew that was the case from the pictures. There is no doubt I would recommend 50 Torrey Pines, and our group plans to return to this house again next year. The property management group was easy to work with and very accommodating!

Family get-together

We decided this would be a good place to have a COVID-free family get together before the craziness of the holidays. The house is very roomy and plenty of space for our 4 families. I especially appreciated that we could each have our own bedroom and bathroom and that the living area was very open and spacious. The screened in porch needed a few repairs but served us well. We asked Steve for a portable fire pit and he left one there for us and we gathered some wood and had a fire and cooked sā€™mores. I can see how this house would be great for guys on a golf outing. For families, it has a well-equipped kitchen, a nice backyard, and a little pond next door. The basement was too musty for us to use and though it says there is a kitchen downstairs there was only a refrigerator which wasnā€™t clean and was malfunctioning. In fairness, I am guessing the house hasnā€™t been used much this year due to the pandemic and it shows. It needs a good deep cleaning and a few repairs but nothing that would keep us from coming back. Steve was very accommodating and responsive. A hint for your use, check out all the closets and cabinets when you arrive. There are spare supplies (towels, paper towel, face clothes, blankets, pillows, etc.) throughout that we only discovered toward the end of our stay.

Property is one of best, if not best we have stayed in for our group. Everything you need is there for a hassle free weekend. Steve is tremendous to work with. Highly recommend.

Great house for a large group

We had a great stay and enjoyed our first visit to Pinehurst. The house has loads of beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are not updated but were sufficient. We had some issues with the tv but the owner replied quickly and set everything straight for us.

Great spot for a group

This is a wonderful home to host your group for a golf trip. Close to all the Pinehurst courses. Plenty of space for everyone. Only downfall for us was the pool table was not ready for use as it was being replaced.

Great family get together

We were fortunate to find this property for a family Thanksgiving gathering last year, with 14 members travelling from four states. The manager, Steve, was great to work with and communicated quickly. We had such a wonderful time that we rented it again this year. Again, he was wonderful to work with. The home has four sleeping areas, a large well-appointed kitchen and lots of extras like spices in the shelves. Itā€™s on a beautiful quiet street with parking for four vehicles. The big attraction for us was the pool table (converts to ping pong) and a foosball table. We got many hours of use each day. Due to so many different travel schedules, Steve was flexible on letting us in before the scheduled time. He even came over and blew all the leaves off the driveway and porches. Other nice touches: A bag of coffee to get going and can cozies, both promo products with his company name on it. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 8 or more and hope to visit again next year.

Large intergenerational church group for a retreat

We had an intergenerational group of 14 people (ages 2 to 70!) who stayed this past weekend in this home. It was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and the house had everything we needed. The owner was flexible, helpful, and easy to work with. The street is quiet and the yard is gorgeous, lots of trees and great for walking in the neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of privacy for the various family units, and the big, open rooms with multiple beds on the top and bottom floors were wonderful as well. I highly recommend renting this home! Though 14 people slept in the home, we hosting a meal for 50 people in the home, and there was plenty of room and comfort as people came and went and enjoyed the dining room, living room, kitchen, game room and yard.

Perfect for a family gathering

We had 13 people, 4 of which were couples and we still had two extra beds. There were was a foosball table and a pool table that converted to a ping pong table, we used it all. If your into skate boarding the road in front of the house has a nice slope and has little traffic. We were able to put 9 adults at the dining room table and there was plenty of room at the breakfast bar for the kids. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed to do it. Its hard to believe but everybody in our group was happy with the accommodations.

Perfect for our golf group

11 guys stayed here for a golf weeekend. Steve the owner couldn't have been easier to deal with and the house was perfect. Plenty of room both inside and out and it was fully equipped with everything to cook a big meal on our last night. We've always stayed in condos on our golf trips but having this house was perfect for the whole group to be together. Can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect for Work Retreat

The house was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time in the large kitchen area planning a fall conference for our association. We really appreciate the flexibility you gave us with that nasty weather event we just did not predict so we were able to reschedule without penalty. The house was large enough to accommodate our co-ed group and lots of beds and privacy when needed for everyone. We are probably going back next year if it works out.

Great place for a golf trip

We had 6 guys for a recent golf event and the place was perfect....good location to all golf courses and local restaurants. House is very spacious and clean. Pool room with TV was a big hit as we could watch the ACC/Big Ten Challenge while shooting pool. Outdoor grill, deck and corn hole was a big plus. The homeowner is very easy to work with and will stay there again if I need overnight accommodations. Highly recommended

Perfect for our golf trip

9 guys on our golf trip and this place was perfect. Everything we needed was there and it was very comfortable. Nice outdoor patio for post-dinner cigars and relaxing. We each had our own bed. Pool table and other amenities. Close to all the courses. Great owner. Highly recommended.

Excellent House for a Golf Weekend

We rented this house for a guys golf weekend in Pinehurst and it was perfect. Exceptionally clean, great extremely large living room with plenty of seating and an open kitchen that was great for entertaining and cooking in with a large group. Has great backyard and porch with grill and fire pit as well. Pool room as well. Owner was extremely easy to reach and get things set up and handle booking our golf as well. Conveniently located to all the Pinehurst resort courses as well as downtown Southern Pines. Would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a great place for a golf weekend.

Hosers Golf Weekend 2013

Myself and 15 of my buddies stayed here recently for our golf w/e. If you ever organized anything for large group of people you know how hard it is to get everyone to agree on one thing. Well believe it or not all 16 of us agreed that this was the best house yet we have stayed in the past 8 years we have been going on our trips, and would not hesitate to stay there again, Steve was first class in helping us have a fantastic weekend. Pinehurst Golf Trip

Twelve of us recently visited the Pinehurst area for a golf trip and we stayed at 50 Torrey Pines. The house was everything we could ask for--plenty of room to spread out with the game room, screened in porch, downstairs area and a huge table in the kitchen area where everybody could congregate for a card game at the end of the night. The upstairs kitchen was recently updated and the downstairs kitchen provided a nice alternative for extra beverages and food. The bedrooms were big and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate a big group. The house was secluded so you didnā€™t feel as if a late night hanging out with your buddies was bothering the neighbors. The owners were easy to deal with and check in/check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this house if you are seeking accommodations in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip or a large group outing.
