Elegant Cabin in Perfect Location! Private but close to Everything!

This elegant log cabin is minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You will love the cathedral ceilings, romantic primary suite upstairs with a soothing, jetted tub and private full bath. Step outside to a covered deck and admire nature while you unwind in the hot tub. Or relax in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch and take in seasonal mountain views. The ideal location and the warm, open feeling of this cabin make it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or family vacation. **We do not use Craigslist or FB Marketplace to advertise our property so if you are seeing it through either of them, you are being scammed and should report it.**

We fell in love with this cabin and purchased it in 2017. Since then, we have added new couches, a new King mattress, a ceiling fan on the back deck, wifi and a 55" HDTV. The large, open feel of the cabin and the beauty of its surroundings make it perfect for a wonderful honeymoon escape or a family vacation. The hand painted mural in the kitchen was so well done, we decided it must remain part of the cabin. The kitchen has newer appliances, a toaster, a microwave, a blender and room for you to put your groceries, if you decide to cook!

In 2018, we had the cabin repainted and the pool table refurbished with new felt and rails. A new HVAC system was installed in November, 2018. And in December of 2018, we were so excited to have a new hot tub and cover put in at the cabin. We want all of our guests to enjoy their vacation so we take great care in maintaining the cabin.

It is only 5 miles to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, making this cabin the ideal place to be.

The cabin is 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center! This center functions as a park and ride (free parking) for riding trolleys into Gatlinburg. Visitors can find information on lodging and attractions in Gatlinburg, the local trolley system, and everything related to Great Smoky Mountains National Park from hiking to horseback riding to fishing. Exhibits include a detailed 3D map of the park.

Other things to note

The fireplace is closed from May 1st - Oct 1st. In light of the recent fires in Gatlinburg, it is super important that fireplace rules be followed.
The cabin is equipped with a 24/7 audio/video exterior security camera facing the front door and driveway and is on to prevent theft and for the security of our residence. Tampering with the camera in any way will result in immediate eviction and no refund. On your bill, VRBO lists the cleaning fee as "Host Fee." That amount goes directly to our cleaning crew.

This cabin is clean, beautiful and so are its surroundings! It felt like a home away from home. Perfect getaway for couples. Between the fireplace, pool table, and hot tub, we could have spent every moment in the cabin. Of course we did have to get out and explore our local favorites. The cabin is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so both places were super close and easy to get to. Host is wonderful and very responsive. She makes you feel welcome for sure.

It was absolutely amazing!!! Dee Dee was always quick with responces and made sure everything was perfect before our arival. The cabin was absolutely beautiful the bed was comfortable and the view was stunning 10/10 would definitely recommend and we would love to come back in the future

We were close to everything but at the cabin we had complete privacy. The hot tub was perfect! The cabin was clean and had everything we wanted or needed. The host was always within contact and responsive very quickly. We will use again and reference everyone that goes to Gatlinburgh!

Our stay at Dee Deeā€™s cabin was great! She is incredibly professional, with very quick communication and detailed instructions for everything. The cabin was extremely clean and impeccably maintained. It is decorated so cute with the cafe-like features. Having a hot tub and a pool table was a nice bonus! Would definitely book again.

The cabin was as beautiful as advertised. DeeDee was very helpful with any questions/needs. My wife and I had a great time and the location was perfect. It was located on top of a hill, halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very easy to get to both places. Getting to watch a beautiful black bear walk right in front of us while we were relaxing on the front porch was a great highlight of the weekend. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Cabin Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Host was very attentive and accommodating. All the advertised amenities worked perfectly, and they provided several starter items for our stay ( laundry detergent, popcorn, oatmeal, etc.). We were pulling a 12' motorcycle trailer that was a little challenging going up the access road, but it was manageable and likely the case with most cabins in the area. We even met a few black bears going down the access road one morning, that was very cool!!

Great cabin!

We stayed for 5 nights at this cabin and it was perfect for us. It's close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg being right in between. The cabin is well taken care of and very clean. The host, DeeDee, was a great host that answered any questions we had and was very helpful with making sure we had the best stay possible. Would recommend staying here if looking for a smaller sized cabin but still plenty to offer!

We are originally from Nashville, TN. When work transferred us to E Tn, we had no idea how much we would fall in love with the area. The mountains, hiking, sunset -- all just spectacular. Upon visiting this cabin in 2017, we completely fell in love with it and feel so grateful that it is now ours. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The cathedral ceilings and open floor plan make the cabin feel even bigger than it already is. In addition to its' beauty, the location of the cabin couldn't be better. It is 5 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 5 minutes to Gatlinburg as the cabin is literally right in between the two cities. The cabin is the next to the last one on the street, so you have incredible privacy. Feeling so private while being so close to everything is the best of both worlds.
