The apartment is set on the grounds of a large country manor house where the owners live , it brings with it all the charm and beauty that you would expect, with views stretching for miles over the stunning Lake District . The manor house was once the summer residence of the Earl of Carlisle . The apartment has its own private garden with undercover outside dining area . Just 3 miles from Cockermouth centre where you will find a vast amount of restaurants , take always and wine bars.
