Perfect location. Walking distance to all of the things we wanted to see. Rome was very hot! Over 100 every day, but it was so nice to come back to the cold air conditioning of this lovely apartment.

Beautiful location in downtown Roma. Can easily walk too many things. When running the air conditioners, the electric went out several times but not really a problem. You must walk up 87 steps to get to the penthouse, but we thought it was worth it.

Great Communication. Large apartment with a great location. Walking distance to most sites. The apartments's main breaker would trip occasionally due to high ac demand, just need to reset it.A couple new shower curtains would be the only improvements I would recommend.

Pontos negativos: Limpeza e comunicação
We were three older women, one arthritis and one with a heart condition. We were told there was an elevator. We got there, and it was not operable gentleman that was there to meet us to get into the penthouse was very nice but the flights of stairs up to the apartment or not bedrooms looked OK. The bathrooms seemed all right with the kitchen and the living area were terrible. The apartment smelled musty. The rug in the living room is dirty the kitchen and a terrorist did not look like the pictures that were posted in the advertisement. We wind up, leaving and getting a hotel somewhere else we could not stay there.

The property is very conveniently located, with a lot of the main attractions within an easy walk and a wide choice of places to eat, to suit all budgets. We were met on arrival and shown how to access the property and use the lift. It was spotlessly clean and as described. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Excellent Location to All Things in Rome!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The location is excellent and easy to walk to everything! We only had to take a taxi to the Vatican, otherwise everything was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, markets, and tons of restaurants!

Wow, I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! It is spacious, well appointed (with the exception of kitchen utensils - no spatula and coffee pot), and the location is amazing. We walked to all the popular attractions - the Trevi fountain, Vatican and Colosseum. It's close to many restaurants and a Carrefour express. And it has a lift for suitcases!!

Wonderful property in the heart of Rome. I would be happy to stay here again over and over. One negative was the lack of TVs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful. Located on the same block as shopping, food and a small market.
